I really liked the accommodation. It was very clean, the train station was easily reachable on foot and yet the room was very quiet. The bathroom in my room gave me a very pleasant feeling. The kitchen, which could be used by other guests, was always clean and tidy. Access to the building was also very easy and quick.

All very comfortable, especially the ease of reaching the accommodation and the fact that it is right in front of the metro station. A very spacious room.

Everything was well organized. Very convenient, it is attached to the subway and there is an excellent bar just outside the property.

Simple but well-organized structure. Clean premises equipped with all comforts. Great location, just a stone's throw from the metro and the bus stop. I will definitely consider it for future trips.

Nice B&b, very clean! No breakfast, not provided even though it's a B&b. Another downside, we arrived and no one welcomed us, despite the prior call. We asked for the codes several times from the cleaning lady. No instructions. In the evening we returned and found everything off, we climbed the stairs in the dark. Dining table broken, so it couldn't be used. Too bad, it's a nice B&b also in a strategic location, in front of the metro and well served by everything.

Spacious and very clean room. Quite far from the center (almost 1 hour by public transport), but very close to the subway station.

A step away from the metro. I stayed here for study reasons. Quiet and comfortable. The lady in charge of cleaning was very kind.

Very efficient contacts via WhatsApp both in terms of payment and arrival instructions. The structure is convenient for the subway, although it is a bit far from the center. Great price. Only one night we had noisy tenants at night, for other nights everything was fine. The bar under the B&B is unfortunately closed for holidays. I suggest putting a coffee machine or kettle. The blanket was a bit stained, otherwise the room and bathroom were clean.

The location is very convenient because right in front is the Giardinetti metro station. However, there are very few local places, restaurants, etc. in the area. My room had no view, as it overlooked the house in front onto a very neglected internal terrace just a few meters away. The area is busy and there is quite a bit of background noise because the windows are old. However, the place was tidy and clean and the manager was very helpful.

Nice clean room with bathroom in the room. The bed is a bit uncomfortable. It deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the lack of hot water in the bathroom lowers the rating. Maybe it was a technical issue? I don't know, you should intervene.

Everything was perfect except for the fact that there is no bidet in the bathroom. Excellent value for money.

There is only one problem. You should provide single-use toothpaste because I am forced to buy a whole tube of toothpaste. A small one should fit in the room like the shampoo. Then the television does not work, but these are not problems.

I stayed three days at the end of October. The room was clean, well located in front of the Giardinetti metro station, and there was excellent hospitality.

The structure is very nice, simple, and clean. Great location, literally in front of the subway.

I recommend it for simplicity, privacy, and practicality.

We spent three nights at this property and had a great time. We particularly appreciated the discretion of the owners and the modernity of the access with codes and not with keys. It is a bit far from the center, but it is still very convenient, because the Giardinetti metro C station is right across the street. The room was spacious and clean, and it has a private bathroom. The common area was also nice, where we could make coffee in the morning and use the fridge. Absolutely advantageous quality/price ratio, highly recommended!

B&B truly in front of the metro C station, near an hypermarket, public gardens, pizzerias, restaurants. For a family with children like ours, more than suitable. The room was a triple, large, furnished with new furniture and well-maintained. There is also a veranda, a pity they were undergoing renovation works with the scaffolding that prevented us from using it. For those who do not have too many demands, I would say it is very good. I would also add that the host has always been well-disposed and prompt in responses :). From Ciampino airport, it is better to arrive by taxi, the cost is around 30 euros. For touring Rome, it is definitely an excellent base.

A hundred meters from the metro, undoubtedly convenient. We had a problem solved quickly and well by the staff. In the area there are some good restaurants and pizzerias, hosteria Cacio e Pepe very good. The prices are low, there is everything you need to sleep, shower, and spend the day outside.

The structure is located right in front of the Giardinetti Metro C stop and is a few hundred meters from the Casilina exit of the Grande Raccordo Anulare, which is definitely an optimal condition because it avoids using the car and the stress of traffic. The B&B has some rooms and is very clean and functional. We did not have breakfast because it was not included in the price, but there is a great bar below the B&B. Overall, more than satisfied.
