The house is easily reachable, the host is very kind. Unfortunately, the corridor (due to other people) smelled of smoke. It could use a refresh, but for the price paid, these are all aspects one takes into account and so one adapts.

Good structure very close to the metro and two supermarkets, there is a bar in the same building. I recommend it for those who do not have the need to sleep in the center. The only flaw is the shower curtain that replaces the sliding doors.

Close to the metro, about 3 minutes away, but in a peripheral area, 20 minutes by metro from Termini. In the area, there are several bars, one of which is open 24 hours. Ideal for those looking for accommodation in Rome without having to spend a lot.

The room is exactly as in the picture, the bed is comfortable and the kitchenette is well equipped. The shower has a good flow and the manager was very kind and helpful. Next door there is a bar and very close by there is the metro stop. I will definitely come back.

We stayed during the Easter period. The welcome was punctual and precise, the room clean and comfortable, just a few steps from Numidio Quadrato metro station in a well-stocked area; definitely recommendable. We will be back soon also for the very good quality/price ratio. Management very attentive to guests' needs.
