Excellent structure in the Flaminio/Olympic area. Clean room with everything necessary. In the bathroom, there are soaps and a hairdryer. Comfortable bed. The structure is close to several restaurants/taverns and a supermarket.

Essential structure in a convenient area for my experience at the Auditorium Parco della Musica and well served. The owner is a decent and friendly person. Cleaning ok, comfortable bed. Room equipped with basic accessories. Spacious bathroom, clean and fragrant linen. To be reviewed: the noise of the toilet that during the night forces you to close the bathroom door. Also, I found the breakfast a bit poor, rich in prepackaged foods. Overall a good experience. Recommended!

We stayed in four, two couples of friends, for three nights, and we had a great time. The owner is a very discreet, kind, and helpful young man. The property is new, equipped with everything necessary, and well connected to the city center. Recommended.

We recently stayed for the Settecolli international swimming trophy and the 'Roma Olimpic' structure was really comfortable because I could reach the Olympic area on foot in less than 15 minutes. With a few more steps, you could reach the first central visitable area and with a few public transportation stops, you could get to the city center. Definitely worth returning and you should try it. Bye.

Brand new and clean rooms, equipped with every comfort. The owner's hospitality is excellent, as is the quality/price ratio. Very close to the Olimpic Stadium and Mancini terminal, where you can find buses to reach the city center.

I stayed for some swimming competitions and found a clean, comfortable, welcoming, and well-positioned structure. Public transportation is very close by. The manager was helpful, welcoming, and very kind. The room was nice and equipped with everything. Recommended.
