The B&B was very well equipped and comfortable. The private rooms offer privacy and all the amenities of a hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice. There was a good cleaning team that paid attention to everything. The breakfast however, was just pastries and coffee; it could have been healthier and offered fresher options.

Upon arrival, we found the room smelling strongly of tobacco and we are non-smokers. We informed the manager via WhatsApp, but received no response. We only got information on how much we had to pay and how to do it. Although it is correct, customer service is lacking.

Great location: you can walk to the Olympic Stadium, St. Peter's, and the Ottaviano Metro stop. Very nice room equipped with everything and more. Very clean. The breakfast was excellent. We were very satisfied with the check-in and check-out, and the communication via WhatsApp was a 9! We will definitely come back.

Great Bed and Breakfast with automated check-in, quite comfortable and quiet (quiet area), privacy guaranteed, right in front there's a convenient minimarket, metro station about 15 minutes walk away. Recommended.

I am writing this review with great pleasure. The house is very convenient to reach Rome because it is close to the metro. But what struck us the most was the kindness and availability of Ginevra. The room is very well kept, the bed very comfortable, everything very clean and well-kept. Ginevra also provides biscuits and coffee pods, even though breakfast was not included, and a common room to start the day in absolute relaxation. Additionally, after check-out, we took a walk around Rome and Ginevra suggested we leave our luggage in the facility and even offered us the opportunity to use the bathroom upon our return. A highly recommended facility that we will use every time we return to Rome.

Bright, clean, quiet structure in a convenient location for visiting various sites. Although not expected, breakfast is offered with a satisfactory assortment for a good breakfast. Check-in and check-out are well organized independently. Definitely a place to return to when in the Rome area.

Great value for money. Owner's availability, cleanliness of the premises, and location a short walk from Pigneto. We didn't find any noteworthy flaws even though in the morning you start to hear the commuters' traffic on Via Prenestina quite early.

I chose this structure for its proximity to the Olympic Theater, but at the same time it allowed me to visit the entire city without major problems. The avenue on which the b&b 'Roma in una stanza' is located is well served by public transport and the metro, it also goes directly to the Vatican City! Cleaning and courtesy of the staff are really high. The b&b is in a historic building but has been renovated very well, the only flaw I could find is the doors through which every breath seeps and our (room 3) was a bit difficult to close. Breakfast is not international but plentiful, every morning the host provides fresh croissants. I will gladly return!

I stayed at the end of October in this property for a football match at the Olympic Stadium. Great location, both for the stadium and to reach the Vatican. Metro stop nearby. The owner was fabulous both in welcoming and in giving tourist tips. Very charming rooms and great breakfast. I highly recommend it.

A very comfortable room, in the morning we had a great breakfast. The structure is easily accessible with connections between Metro and Bus. I stayed at this B&B for a weekend with my sister. What can I say, simply excellent. Very clean rooms, simple yet elegant. When we arrived, the day was particularly hot, but the manager had already made sure to find the room pleasantly cool with the air conditioning on. Excellent breakfast, nothing was missing. Great location, 8 minutes to the Olympic Stadium and 4 bus stops (bus stop below the B&B) to the city center. To conclude, the hosts, two lovely and very friendly people. Definitely a place to return to and recommend.
