Antonio made us feel so welcome at Rhome86. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location near Termini station was very convenient. The breakfast with fresh cornetti and good coffee was fantastic, and we could access the kitchen for hot drinks at any time. It is the best B&B we have stayed at in Rome. I had the honor of hosting an adult couple from Scotland. Some people’s souls become visible the moment you look at them. Such people are rare, and you can’t help but be touched when you meet them. It may sound exaggerated, but that’s exactly how I felt when I met them over breakfast that morning. Two sweet, polite, smiling, friendly, and sensitive people—it felt like talking to longtime friends. Thank you sincerely; guests like you still make my job a wonderful one, even after so many years.

The host is incredibly friendly and truly passionate about running this B&B. Breakfast, snacks, drinks, and fresh fruit are all provided for guests. The room is spotless and perfect for a short stay. The location is ideal for travelers exploring Rome — close to the metro, bus stops, and many great restaurants. You can even reach most places on foot. The host has also created a helpful app and website guide for visitors, which adds a warm, personal touch. I highly recommend this B&B to everyone and will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Rome.

Perfect for a short visit to Rome. Clean, good location near the station and the sights, normal-sized room, nice host, ok breakfast. The bathroom (and shower) is rather small. Everything else is great.

Overall we had a very nice stay and would stay here again. The room was clean and comfortable. On suite bathroom was small, but adequate. The breakfast pastries were delicious, but it would have been nice to have some unsweetened protein options such as eggs.

The room, location to Termini Station, and host were great. It is a bit noisy as the tram passes by the front. The only issue we had was the breakfast was limited and not convenient when other guests are there. We ended up getting something outside of the room the second day.

I am sorry when guests decide not to confide in me their doubts during their stay here, because sometimes it is possible to clarify and help them better understand the situation they are experiencing, contributing to improving their satisfaction. I did not notice this discomfort. The choice to have breakfast outside the BnB is absolutely respectable, but I do not understand why this decision was made. The breakfast offered is an Italian style breakfast: croissants from the bakery delivered every day, biscuits, cereals, jams, honey, Nutella, yogurt, fruit juices, milk, coffee, tea, fresh fruit. Mi dispiace quando gli ospiti decidono di non confidarmi i loro dubbi durante la loro permanenza qui, perché qualche volta forse è possibile chiarire e aiutarli a comprendere meglio la situazione che stanno vivendo, contribuendo a migliorare la loro soddisfazione. Non mi sono accorto di questo disagio. La scelta di fare colazione fuori dal BnB è assolutamente rispettabile, ma non capisco perché la causa di questa decisione. La colazione offerta è una colazione in stile italiano: croissants della panetteria consegnati ogni giorno, fette biscottate, cereali, marmellate, miele, nutella, yogurt, succhi di frutta, latte, caffè, tea, frutta fresca.

Antonio was an incredibly friendly host. The accommodations were clean and easy to find, very close to the train/metro station. Antonio was there to greet me even when I arrived several hours earlier than anticipated, and was very helpful in recommending places to go, best routes and transportation, and local restaurants to try.

Rhome86 is a very convenient and tidy place to stay in the heart of Rome. It is very close to the main train and bus station and metro, and easy to get to all the sites to see in Rome. We very much enjoyed our stay here: a very warm welcome, even though it was quite late already, plenty of information about where to go, and the fresh pastries and a Bialetti ready to go each morning were very much appreciated.\n\nWe didn't stay long enough to take full advantage of the fully equipped kitchen we had at our disposal, but for a longer stay, it would certainly be useful if you don't want to for dinner in a restaurant every night.\n\nNext time we're in Rome, we'll know where to stay.

Very pleasant stay with a very accommodating, friendly host who gave very good advice and was extremely responsive! Thanks to him! The room is practical, and the kitchen helps a lot when you don't want to go to a restaurant all the time. The only drawback is that there is no window with a view (it is at ceiling level), but all the advantages make up for that and the value for money is very good!

Breakfast issues, there is no fresh bread or pastries. The kitchen is very small. Cleaning is done every day. Good tourist explanations from the host. The room is well soundproofed from the street, but less so between the rooms.

Ecco cosa comprende: succhi di frutta (arancia e ace), latte, tè, caffè moka (italiano), nescafè, Nesquik (cioccolato), cereali (al cioccolato e ai frutti rossi), fette biscottate, marmellate di vari gusti, nutella, miele, burro, croissants freschi consegnati dalla panetteria ogni mattina, frutta fresca, yogurt. Il pane non è compreso nella colazione perché non è possibile quantificare giorno per giorno quanto viene consumato da ogni ospite, quindi significherebbe sciuparlo. Ricordiamo che non è possibile personalizzare la colazione. Ci dispiace se qualcuno non apprezza la nostra policy legata alla colazione. Queste sono le nostre regole.

Great accommodation! Very nice and attentive host. Every morning fresh baked goods; otherwise there is fruit, yogurt, muesli, coffee, milk, and juice. You can store your own food in the refrigerator. We had the smallest room (orange) and can highly recommend it.

Rhome86 is fantastically located to visit Rome on foot: the Colosseum, Santa Maria Maggiore, San Giovanni in Laterano... And if you get tired, you have a metro station next door (to the Vatican, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna...). But the best thing about Rhome86 is Antonio, an adorable host, attentive to every detail, both for his fantastic breakfasts and for the city information. Special mention was deserved for his rigorous hygiene, as we visited Rome in times of covid-19. Thank you very much, Antonio! We will be back!

We stayed for a weekend, my husband and I. Very convenient location close to the train station, public transport, the Monti district (full of cozy bars and restaurants) and the Colosseum. A few minutes walk and you reach Pasticceria Regoli where you can enjoy the best maritozzo in Rome. Antonio is a very friendly, kind, and extremely helpful host. Every morning he made us find croissants for breakfast letting us choose the flavor. I recommend it to everyone and hope to return soon.

This is the second time I stay at Antonio's bed and breakfast and I really enjoyed it, again! Antonio is a very helpful and efficient host. The environment is clean, welcoming, and tidy. The B&B is welcoming, colorful, and comfortable. Antonio is an excellent "host," very kind and always available. Every morning fresh pastries (not included in the reservation). I stayed at this B&B for three days. I had a great time. The room was clean every day and the owner is very helpful and kind. The breakfast room is very nice, you can prepare everything on your own and there is also a free croissant available every morning if you request it. I had a great experience, if I had to return to Rome for any reason, I would definitely come back to this B&B.

mi permetto di far presente che la colazione non era inclusa nella vostra tariffa ed è un errore inserirla nella valutazione del servizio. Risulta un voto tanto più ingiusto se si considera che a titolo di pura cortesia abbiamo messo a disposizione, e gratuitamente, cornetti freschi ogni mattina direttamente dal forno, latte, succo di frutta, due tipi di cereali, diversi tipi di marmellate, burro, nutella, miele, tè, caffè moka.. Pregherei chi legge (specialmente gli italiani che usano troppo spesso lo strumento delle recensioni con leggerezza o ostinata severità) di NON prenotare da noi se si reputano persone facili alla polemica e alla critica. Grazie

We had a great experience, small but reassuring and clean environment. Antonio definitely knows how to do his job and knows how to make you feel comfortable with advice, information, and availability even at the time of booking. That being said, if I ever return to Rome, I think I will ask for accommodation at Rhome86 also because I have something pending with Antonio: to let him taste our salame di Felino (Parma)!

All very practical, manager always available and kind. Room a bit small but very clean, comfortable and corresponding to the description. 50 m from the metro and very close to Termini station.

High quality-price ratio. Strategic and very convenient location to reach everywhere. Kindness and courtesy from the manager but above all pleasant exchange of opinions. Truly a stimulating and affable person. We will definitely come back as soon as we return to normality and can also visit the museums.

Ben poco da dire, cosa certa è che dare 10 come voto è veramente poco! \nSiamo stati coccolati da Antonio (gestore) dal nostro arrivo alla partenza, persona davvero gentile, disponibile ed ilare.

Great B&B if you are looking for a place near the train station, clean and welcoming it is the perfect reference point for your stay in Rome, trams and metro a few steps away for easy transportation. Courteous staff attentive to guests' needs, definitely to be rebooked when returning to the capital. Recommended!
