Very nice area, near the bus and metro station. Nice building. Superb backyard. Very nice bathroom. Not so clean.

The price is a bit high for the offered service, anyhow, knowing that this is Rome, Italy always attracts tourists, and the prices are generally overpriced. What I did not like is that you do not have the option to heat a meal or kitchen access, what you get for the money you pay is literally the room/bed (and the breakfast which is not suitable if you are on a special diet plan). I recommend making proper research before booking any property in Rome. The reviews are not always accurate, keep this in mind, overall, try to make your decision based on your well-informed research and not on what is trendy and take your needs into consideration.

Due to the good reviews, we chose this accommodation; unfortunately, our experiences were less positive. The only thing worth recommending is the favorable location and a nice area.

Great structure from which you can easily reach both the center of Rome (just a few meters from the Lepanto metro station) and the Foro Italico and Olympic Stadium on foot. Room equipped with all comforts including safe, choice of pillows, bathrobe, and slippers. Well soundproofed from the outside but not from the inside, so you can hear the entrance of other people. Breakfast served in the room is good but should be complemented with something savory and fruit. The structure has a coffee and tea machine and also some sweets. Friendly, helpful staff and quite flexible with arrival times. Overall good value for money and absolutely recommendable.

Absolutely positive our experience. The Lady always available and very kind. The room spotless, everything perfectly functional and comfortable. Abundant breakfast with a wide choice. Convenient location near the metro. Surely it will be our reference point whenever we return to Rome.

The owner was extremely helpful: she allowed us to leave the luggage much earlier than the scheduled check-in time, as the room was already available. That day, due to the subway strike, we decided to visit many monuments in the central area with beautiful and long walks. The area is very quiet and in the evening we stayed nearby to eat and shop at the shops in the nearby Piazza Mazzini. I highly recommend it.

We found the room comfortable, ideal for short stays. The area is quiet, especially in the evening, and there are several restaurants and shops. In a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Lepanto stop of metro A. Very kind staff. The breakfast could be improved. It is definitely a recommended structure.
