We loved the place. Very calm, quiet and clean. Great location, close to the metro and with street parking. The area is fun; there are places to eat and shops around to explore.

Very nice room with bathroom and small balcony and kitchen (shared with other guests). Everything very clean and also quiet. Thanks to the information received beforehand, check-in/check-out was simple. Very quick and friendly response to any inquiries. I can recommend the accommodation 100%. I would book there again immediately.

New property with appliances and automated heating. The common room is well equipped: induction hobs, kettle, coffee machine, plates, glasses, cups, etc. It is a few steps from the metro stop, allowing easy access to the city center. The area is very quiet, inhabited by Romans and local people, and is full of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The host is available and kind; he responds promptly via WhatsApp and by phone, always providing support in case of problems. Points to improve: - In the common room there are only two small trash bins that filled up after the first day. Larger bins should be provided or they should be emptied every day to cope with the waste produced by six people. - In the bathroom a somewhat strong smell was occasionally noticeable coming from the pipes; we could not determine whether it came from the sink or the bidet. It was intermittent and bearable, but it would be better if it could be removed completely.

Great location, a short walk from the Tuscolana. Excellent cleanliness.

Brand-new property in a quiet area, close to Metro A and the bus stop. There are eateries, several supermarkets, and shops in the area. The room is very nice, functional, comfortable, and equipped with everything you may need, with a private bathroom and a private balcony. Excellent hospitality and cleanliness. The property also has a furnished kitchen, fully equipped with appliances, for shared use. Check-in and check-out were easy. Recommended.

The experience at Prisco House was very positive. The people who run it are very kind and respond immediately if needed. The rooms are clean and soundproof, and there is a pleasant area for breakfast. The B&B's location allows you to park in an area without blue lines (no paid parking) and to use Metro Line A. Highly recommended!

The structure is brand new and conveniently located near the metro and in the shopping area. Excellent value for money. Impeccable hospitality and maximum attention to cleanliness. Recommended.

Located in the Cinecittà area, super welcoming, everything new and functional, clean and well managed. Excellent breakfast well stocked and well equipped with all the essential accessories to stay comfortably and with all the comforts. We will return.

Convenient location for reaching the center by subway; well served in the immediate vicinity. Welcoming, clean, and well-equipped structure. I will keep it in mind for the future.

A beautiful discovery. The location is very convenient, in a quiet area. The room and the bathroom are very nice and clean, equipped with all comforts. We also appreciated the excellent communication with the owner, who was always available to answer questions and offer assistance, which made us feel well taken care of. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. Overall, I cannot recommend this B&B apartment enough. We will definitely return.

My sister and I stayed for two nights in this structure. The room was delightful with every comfort, a spacious and comfortable bed, and a small but functional bathroom. A lovely little terrace with a table for breakfast beautifully surrounded this short stay in Rome. Moreover, the modern kitchen of the structure available to the guest surely added that extra character and was particularly appreciated. The manager of the structure proved to be patient and extremely helpful, also allowing us to store our luggage after check-out, enabling us to comfortably finish our last visits in the neighborhood before departure. A certainly positive experience that we will definitely seek for the future.

Great structure recommended for its strategic location, half an hour from Termini station, subway two hundred meters away, every kind of shop for every need, close to the GRA and highway, bright room, quiet, spacious, very clean and furnished with new furniture, large kitchen equipped for everything. Recommended for a stay in my city 😀. See you next time!

I booked this bed and breakfast for my parents and they had a great time. The structure is brand new and in a great location (very close to the metro stop), the room was super comfortable and brand new, the breakfast was plentiful. The manager of the structure is super kind and available for any doubts, clarifications, and requests. Without a doubt, next time I will book again in this structure.
