I recently stayed at Piccolotel, a charming bed and breakfast located on Viale Marconi, and the experience was truly satisfying. The property is welcoming, well-maintained, and managed with great attention to detail. The rooms are clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the hospitality of the staff: friendly and always available. I received excellent advice on local restaurants and useful directions to nearby tourist attractions. The location on Viale Marconi is ideal, surrounded by shops, well-connected to Fiumicino Airport, and just a short distance from both the Vatican and the city center. The breakfast was another appreciated aspect: a varied selection of products made each morning a pleasant start to the day, especially thanks to the lounge available 24/7, perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend Piccolotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience in a strategic location in the city.

Excellent accommodation, this is the second time I come to Rome and I have never found a more comfortable place than this: private bathroom, small refrigerator, very comfortable bed, everything super clean, TV in the room, self-service breakfast with coffee, hot tea, juices, milk and sweets for breakfast, etc. I found this accommodation by chance after they incorrectly canceled a reservation on Booking, also in the same area. I contacted the owner and he was super kind and available. Thank you very much.

Well connected to the city center, you can take tram no. 8 or bus 780, 781 and 170. You can have breakfast in the apartment. The host Alexandro explains everything to you.

New, clean structure managed with attention, courtesy, and availability by the owner. It is located at the beginning of Via Marconi in a quiet area well-served by services. The room is tidy, clean, and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The manager was available and attentive to my needs. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Everything is very good.

I clarify what is not clearly evident in the presentation of the facility: it is located in a residential building, dignified but modest. It is on the ground floor, with narrow entrance and common areas. There is no staff presence, everything is managed remotely, both the reception, the opening of doors, and even the management of the air conditioning, which must be contacted every time to adjust the temperature. At night, it becomes a problem to "guess" the suitable temperature for resting. The window is frosted and can only be opened in a tilt position, with an external grate (prison effect). Cleaning meets minimum standards. Breakfast is not definable, there is a series of packaged snacks and a coffee machine. Unfortunately, the quality/price ratio is unsatisfactory, it is a facility for those with minimal needs and adaptability, but at that point, the cost becomes excessive.

Great structure, located in a not very crowded place, two minutes from the center, reachable by all means of transportation.

I always gladly return to Granello di Senape. I have also tested other structures in the area, but this remains my fixed reference in the Marconi neighborhood. The king beds, besides being spacious, are really comfortable. The two rooms I stayed in were spacious, well-furnished, and detailed, with a comfortable sofa and a perfect desk for both working and relaxing. The services are of excellent level: breakfast with quality products (no discount stuff, as unfortunately happens elsewhere), coffee machine always available, and above all, impeccable cleanliness. The welcome has always been cordial and professional, direct and without unnecessary formalities - almost revolutionary by certain standards. The location is another strong point: close to Trastevere station and easily accessible. In summary: it works, and for me, it remains the best choice in the area.

B&B with 3 rooms, we had booked all 3. We had a great time and the host was super kind and helpful. Although it is not in the city center, it is a residential area very well served with bars, shops, and restaurants, and in about 20 minutes the bus takes you to the city center. Spacious rooms equipped with all comforts. We absolutely recommend it!

Great.

Just for one night, passing through for work. All good, excellent value for money. Definitely in Rome a reference to keep in mind for the future. Alessandro courteous and helpful as well as very clear. The only downside could be the parking which in Vile Marconi is particularly difficult but fortunately there are a couple of solutions a few steps away. I must say that in the evening I "forgot" the car on the street and I had no problems even though it is a particularly "appetizing" car.

Structure and organization ok for the Piccolotel. Unfortunately, the breakfast is not adequate, perhaps due to legal restrictions, but it could be presented better. Anyway overall ok.

A reference point for my Roman stays. Near Trastevere station and the pediatric hospital Bambin Gesù San Paolo Baldelli, or near the basilica San Paolo near the walls. Excellent welcome and impeccable service.

Happy to have stayed at Piccolotel, a very good quality bed and breakfast, abundant self-service breakfast with branded products.

The room is not soundproof as specified in the description, in fact, the noises are quite audible. Nice and modern structure. A bit expensive for the location it is in, not very convenient. The manager is kind and helpful.

Fabulous. I stayed only one night and I had a great time. Top cleanliness, top manager, everything very well organized. Congratulations.

New B&B, well organized and clean, air conditioning, fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi, en-suite bathroom, breakfast, helpful and welcoming manager. Located near Trastevere FS train station, 25 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from the city center by bus, Piazza Venezia.

Excellent facility, clean, ultra-modern, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. In a very convenient location, with many shops nearby, well served by public transport and very close to Trastevere station. What about the excellent welcome from the owner, attentive to all the requests/needs of his guests, always available, also gave us very useful advice regarding our stay. We will definitely come back, I highly recommend it to all those who want to spend a stay in Rome. Thank you.

Top structure in its kind, on the level of a great hotel. Everything is well-finished and of quality, in addition to technology and good taste. At check-in, the property was very courteous and friendly, as well as helpful in explaining the room and transportation to visit the city. Also appreciated the restaurant suggestions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very quiet, Piccolotel is definitely a Luxury B&B with the difference that the prices are in line with the area's realities.
