The apartment is very well located. It is close to a metro and you can also visit many places on foot. There are restaurants nearby, a bakery and a café. There are fewer people than in very touristy areas, so it is refreshing. The apartment is clean and functional. For spending a few days in Rome it is very good. The host is also attentive if you need recommendations.

Really pleasant experience. The apartment is welcoming, well organized and located a short walk from the Manzoni metro station, in a quiet, well-served area convenient for getting around and easily reaching the center of Rome. A special thanks to Giuseppe, who proved very helpful and attentive from the start: he allowed us to leave our bags while we waited for the apartment to be ready and kindly advised us where to eat and how to get around the city. I definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Rome in a quiet but well-connected area. When I return to Rome, I will certainly consider it.

Positive experience. Renovated apartment, clean, with recent furnishings. Excellent location to visit Rome city center on foot. Area served by tram and metro. Owner helpful and attentive. I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Palazzo Francesco. The house is very beautiful, clean and tidy and has everything you need. It is located in a quiet and conveniently situated area for visiting Rome on foot or using the "Manzoni" metro. Giuseppe is a very helpful, friendly host and quick to respond in communications.
