I cannot rate this place highly enough. The location was great and the room was clean and spacious, but it was the people who made it special. The host was so friendly and gave recommendations on where to eat and what to see. They went out of their way to accommodate our sightseeing schedule on the last day, including a late checkout and holding our luggage. Thanks again!

This was our second time staying here.From the very first minute, you feel welcome.Everything is done to ensure you have a fantastic stay.Jean and his staff are great!The location is superb,everything is within walking distance.In the evening, there is a nice atmosphere in the neighborhood,with lots of restaurants.You can have breakfast on the rooftop of the B&B, which gives you that wonderful holiday feeling.We will definitely be back!

This was a hard review to do mainly because even though this place was centrally located, which is what I was looking for, the entrance was on a small side street that was strewn with garbage. It was hard to get past this as you entered or exited the building. The accommodations were very good. Our host, Jean was readily available when needed and very helpful. I found the staff to be very friendly. Unfortunately for me, even though everything was good on the inside of the building, I had a hard time with having to sidestep the garbage. I guess for me the saying, "first impressions are everything" really do matter. Again, the two low scores are all related to the condition of the outside and not a reflection of the inside accommodations.

Everyone there was fantastic! Very close to many things, including St. Peter’s Basilica. The coliseum was a bit of a walk but we used back streets and did some shopping. Even being so near to bars, restaurants, and dessert shops; the hotel was very quiet. We were easily able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out due to flight times. Great owners, very historic area, close to so many things and near great restaurants! Very affordable! We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but it is fresh.

It was great staying at Navona Residenza De Charme! Jean was an amazing host, he greeted us when we arrived and explained the key locations to explore in Rome since it was our first time. The location was very central to everything in Rome. We walked everywhere within 15-20 minutes. It’s also close to great restaurants and cafes. Our room was a comfortable size and very clean. I was happy they had a water fountain available to refill our reusable water bottle. I recommend it.

Jean and Jose were excellent hosts and very responsive. We arranged airport transportation through them which was also very smooth. The property itself is in an amazing neighborhood close to many quaint shops and cafes. While the property is quaint and fits the vibe of Rome, the bathrooms were newly renovated and super clean which was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and would stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this B&B. It is in a great location close to great restaurants, shops and within walking distance to all the major sites. It was quiet, clean and had a wonderful rooftop terrace. My only suggestion would be to offer breakfast a little earlier since we did not get to take advantage of that since it started at 8:30. With tours booked for early AM we had to leave the hotel by 7:30 or 8 each AM so missed breakfast. The hosts and staff were very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries sent. If I come back to Rome I will definitely stay here again.

As soon as we arrived we were met by the manager Jean who was so welcoming and helpful with great recommendations. Our room was large and well decorated. However the best part was the rooftop terrace which had the most amazing view. Not to mention the excellent location close to Piazza Navona. I would highly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful stay and a perfect location for visiting all the wonderful sights to see for our first time in Rome. The accommodation was clean breakfast was ample for our mornings before setting off for the day. The staff who helped at check-in and breakfast were so helpful too and the host made our stay really comfortable with friendliness and helpful tips. Fantastic spot, right in the heart of some gorgeous laneways, but far enough from the crowds. Within walking distance to all major sites of interest - about as central as you can get. The host Jose was very helpful and friendly, offering useful information and tips to get around. Bonus points for the sweetest rescue cat Sophia who spends her days asleep on the office desk.

We had the best time during our stay at Navona Residenza de Charme. Edgar and Jean were the most helpful accommodating hosts. The room was perfect for our family of four, comfortable and charming. The roof top deck was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location of the place couldn't be any better. We were centrally located and could easily walk to shops, restaurants, and all the big sites in Rome. If we ever return to Rome, we will definitely stay here again.

The property is located in a great area where you can walk and see the highlights of Rome. The host, Jean, is very knowledgeable about the area and provides you with a detailed explanation on how long it will take you to walk to see what you are interested in. The Navona Residenza de Charme is clean and the room and bathroom are very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Rome. I did not have time to have breakfast.

Jean and his team hosted a marvelous stay for us in Rome. The location is magnificent and the space is very comfortable. Jean helped us settle in and ensured we were prepared well for all our sightseeing. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Rome.

A big thank you to Jean and his team for their friendliness and professionalism. Ideally located hotel where we were able to do all our visits on foot (Vatican and Colosseum 25/30 min on foot, Pantheon 10 min, Trevi Fountain 15/20 min on foot). The hotel is located on a very quiet street but right next to a lively street with bars, restaurants, supermarket, souvenir shops. Jean had organized airport/hotel transfers and other attentions that made our stay easier with our 2 teenagers.

Thank you to Jean and his attentive team. The practical advice is super useful and the historical explanations of the city make the stay an authentic, human experience. You feel at home. A breakfast with more local products and less single-use plastic (sorry, it’s my ecological side), on this beautiful rooftop would be my only tiny downside. thank you for your kind review, we are sorry that you did not find the breakfast up to par, but as we are not a hotel we comply with the regulations and offer what we are allowed, and this is why the price for breakfast is also Bass. the room was dark despite having two windows because it is located in the lower floor of the building, we also have rooms on the first and second floors, Generally, when we are available, we will offer a free upgrade.

It was fantastic to stay for 5 nights at this Bed and Breakfast. The location is exceptional, right in the center. It is close to everything, but in a small and quiet street, which is greatly appreciated. From the room, you couldn't hear anything. The staff was super friendly. Edgar, who gave us explanations on the first day about the accommodation and a great recommendation on what to visit in Rome, made the stay very pleasant. Also, it was super convenient to be able to speak in Spanish. Also worth mentioning is the generosity on the last day to let us leave our luggage until the afternoon. The room and bathroom were perfect, with everything needed to enjoy the stay. Plus, we had a great view. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator and there are stairs, but if that's not a problem for you, everything else is fantastic. I would highly recommend booking from their website, as it was much cheaper :). I will totally recommend it to anyone going to Rome!

We had a great time, very central location just a few meters from Piazza Navona. The managers are nice, collaborative and always present. The structure is very beautiful and clean. It is exceptional for visiting the city. We highly recommend it... we will definitely return.

Great location, quiet rooms despite the central location. Access to rooms via stairs without an elevator, good to know for those with limitations. Room of adequate size, cozy, well furnished, and clean. Rich in accessories. Very helpful and kind managers. Bed and pillow really comfortable. A short but pleasant stay. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the breakfast served on the terrace. Excellent value for money.

Beautiful bed and breakfast, with atmospheric rooms. We stayed in a room on two floors, very special and very welcoming. The bed and breakfast is in a perfect location to move around on foot or by public transport, to all the main areas of Rome, at least the ones we wanted to see. The area is also a nice mix of tourists (inevitable), but also true Romans, who live here completely. Finally, the presence of the two owners (I believe) is important, as they really know everything about Rome to see and with eyes that are a bit like naturalized foreigners, which sometimes is not bad. Trust their advice.
