I had a great stay with my family. Good air conditioning, television in each room, kitchen is equipped very well, drinks inside the fridge, toilet is in very good condition. Fast attention from the receptionist/manager. I will choose this b&b again when I return to Italy.

The stay was nice. We stayed in a BNB with shared bathroom for the first time. Didn’t have any problems. It was a good stay. You get a direct bus from the city but usually it is not on time. The metro is 10-15 mins walk away. At least 30 mins far from the city by bus. Clean bright place. Overall is good at a cheap price.

This is a mixed review for a number of reasons. On the plus side, while a bit further away the location is very convenient to public transport. The Metro B is 500m away and has all the main stops (Colosseum, Circus Maximus, Pyramid and of course Roma Termini). There are buses right outside the front door and the 170 bus is 120m away which takes you into the Parthenon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps etc. I got a transport pass that covered everything. Great coffee shop downstairs for pastries & coffee. Lift to the 1st level. On the down side the common area is really, really small. You would trip over each other if there were more than 2 people in the area. The rooms are close together and not very soundproof. You hear everyone coming and going and even every time they enter or leave their room. Rooms are operated by electronic locks which are noisy. Value was ok.

I stayed in this property for just one night with check-in after 9 PM. Nevertheless, they welcomed me and guided me precisely and promptly to access the apartment without any problems. The apartment was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and super new. The attention to detail was impeccable!

The only small issue during my stay was the boiler, promptly resolved by calling the plumber who immediately fixed the problem. Very kind and helpful staff, immediate responses on WhatsApp. The self-check-in is convenient, maybe the keypad is a bit too noisy. 10 minutes walk from Marconi metro station, quiet and peaceful area.

A 10-minute walk from Marconi metro stop, 15 minutes from Termini station, a quite convenient location to move around the city. The structure, beautiful, modern, well-maintained, clean and equipped with everything necessary, consists of three rooms with access via electronic keypad and a nice kitchen for shared use, located on the first floor of a building. The manager is very kind, but reachable only via message as the access to the structure is all automated. For transportation, besides the metro, right below "home" there is a stop for bus 23 that runs every 10 minutes and also goes to the Vatican. Check-in to be done online. Recommended for a short but intense trip in the beautiful capital.

We stayed at the B&B Mr. Brown from July 22nd to 25th. The room, equipped with air conditioning, was perfectly clean as well as the bathroom. The furniture, practically new as well as the fixtures, make you feel good and at ease. The staff is extremely helpful and easily (and quickly) reachable for every need also through a very convenient WhatsApp chat. Excellent self check-in service that allowed us not to waste even a minute of our stay in boring bureaucratic procedures. The location is strategic, a few minutes from the Marconi metro stop, which is only ten minutes from the Colosseum. The building where the B&B is located is large but quiet and there are no sources of disturbance to sleep. The only flaw is the breakfast, which is served with a box that could definitely be improved in terms of product quality. Overall, we were very satisfied and definitely recommend it.

The B&B is extremely clean, you couldn't ask for more. Very well furnished. Quiet and very comfortable bed. Great courtesy and availability from the owner. The only flaw is the breakfast. Just a coffee. But there is a bar under the building. I had difficulties on the first day, having a child I expected at least a minimal breakfast. Maybe it wasn't planned, but everything else is impeccable. I will definitely come back.

I have already stayed twice at the Mr. Brown property and both times I had a very good experience. The owner is kind and hospitable, and the location is very convenient, close to the metro. Only advice for the owner: the breakfast area is very close to the bedrooms (one in particular), it would be good to set a morning time (e.g., 7:00) before which breakfast service is not allowed, because the noise of dishes, coffee machine, and microwave wake up those sleeping in the adjacent room. Overall, very positive.
