The place we stayed was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The friendly and attentive approach made us feel very relaxed. We had a very pleasant stay and would like to thank everyone who contributed.

Aysegul is a very caring hotelier. She shared all the tips about the region with us. She suggested places to visit and restaurants. Although the hotel is in a very central location, it is hidden enough to sleep quietly. We saw all the iconic places on foot. There were small snacks in the room. Plus points for slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste.

Mia and her husband, who host the property, were very communicative and helpful. The instructions we were given were flawless and timely. We had complete ease finding and accessing the property, and it was a beautiful suite in a private building in one of the most convenient and beautiful parts of Rome. We were easily able to walk to the Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican, and there were many lovely restaurants and shops within a block's radius. The apartment was well appointed with amenities we did not expect but greatly appreciated (toothpaste!, slippers, water and sweets, etc.). We only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for hosting us!

There was no room cleaning. Also our garbage was not taken by staff. Entering the room was problematic. The beds were small. Generally we don’t like our accommodation place except its location.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible boutique hotel, and it exceeded all of our expectations in every way. We had the opportunity to stay in two different rooms, and both were absolutely perfect: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The true highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the owners, particularly Emmanuel. From the moment we made our booking, Emmanuel was attentive, professional, and always just a message away on WhatsApp. His responsiveness was remarkable, whether it was via text or calls. On the day of our arrival, he sent us a detailed message with a pin drop location on Maps and step-by-step directions from Termini station, making our journey to the hotel effortless. We arrived a bit earlier than the official check-in time, but Emmanuel graciously arranged for us to store our bags. However, since our rooms were already prepared, he allowed us to check in early, which was a fantastic start to our stay. Upon entering the room, Emmanuel took the time to explain how to use the AC remote (a lifesaver in the 35+ degree heat of Rome) and ensured we were comfortable with everything. The AC was incredibly effective, cooling the room down to a refreshing 18 degrees, though we found 23 to be perfectly comfortable. Each room was equipped with its own hot water heater, ensuring that the shower and sink provided hot water instantly. The mini-fridge and freezer in each room were also wonderful, allowing us to enjoy ice-cold drinks after a day of exploring the city. Emmanuel went above and beyond during check-in by providing us with a map and highlighting all of Rome's major tourist attractions. He also shared a list of his favorite local restaurants, which turned out to be absolute gems: authentic, delicious, and reasonably priced, just a short walk from the hotel. The location of this hotel is truly unbeatable. It's situated in a peaceful area, just a 20-minute walk from the major tourist spots and a mere 6-minute walk from the nearest subway station. This put us in the perfect spot, close enough to the action but far enough to enjoy some tranquility. The nearby restaurants were fantastic, offering great food at prices significantly lower than those in more touristy areas. Despite being a small hotel with only around 8 rooms, it never felt cramped. The building has two elevators, so we never had to wait to go up. And on our last day, when our flight back to North America was unexpectedly canceled, Emmanuel saved the day once again. In a panic, we called him to ask if there were any rooms available for an extra night. Not only did he accommodate us, but he also allowed us to move our ice to the new room and kept the same rate we had been paying: an incredible gesture of kindness and professionalism. As for the rooms themselves, the mattresses were firmer than what we're used to in the US, but still incredibly comfortable: I fell asleep immediately every night. The attention to detail in every aspect of this hotel is truly impressive. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It's a hidden gem in Rome, offering unparalleled service, comfort, and convenience. I will be telling all of my friends and family about this place, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Rome. Our family of 3 stayed at Mia House Roma for 3 nights. Mia gave us a warm welcome and gave us a lot of recommendations on where to eat - we weren't disappointed! The apartment was conveniently located, close to a lot of restaurants, shops, and the Vatican. The apartment was clean and Mia answered any questions that we had very promptly. Thank you!

The communication before arrival was excellent, they took care to provide us with all the access information. The room we got, number 101, was very large and comfortable. The double bed was very comfortable and there was a spacious sofa bed. Everything was super clean and there were thoughtful details upon arrival, toiletries, slippers, coffee, and tea in case you wanted to have something. There is a refrigerator in case you want to store something. Both Emanuelle and his wife are delightful people, they recommended fantastic places to eat, all close to the house, and at checkout, they allowed us to leave our luggage and pick it up in the afternoon. We recommend them 100%. The location is very good for visiting the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo, you can walk to the center or take the bus.

Perfect accommodation to move around on foot to all places, 20-25 minutes from almost everything. We had a great time and the hosts were concerned about advising you on anything. We will be back.

I stayed with my wife in this establishment for three days last week and we had a great time. Emanuele is a very kind and helpful person. He welcomed us and took care of us throughout our stay with great attention. Highly recommended for location, as almost all the beauties of Rome can be reached on foot.
