I enjoyed my stay. The two young ladies were very nice and helpful. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my visit. The shower had good water pressure and temperature was never an issue. The neighborhood was charming, everyone was helpful and welcoming. I would stay here again for my next trip back to Rome.

The hotel is very old and overpriced for what you get. We stayed in a room meant for four people, but it was extremely small and uncomfortable. Breakfast is technically included, but it’s served in a nearby café and consists of just one coffee and one croissant — though both were very good. The staff was friendly and the location is convenient, but overall the experience was disappointing due to the low standard and cramped space.

Everything was perfect, the hosts were very kind, and the room is perfect if you are in the city most of the time, and you would like a place to sleep and shower at the end of the day. The room has air conditioner, mini-fridge, a little bit noisy, but tolerable. We were content with Merulana Star, thank you.:).

Very disappointing, the rooms and bathrooms are very small (even the so-called "luxury"). There are no indications to find the reception in the building. However, the location is very good.

The room was very small but for one night it was fine. The only negative note was that the bathroom was really too small and to wash my face I had to squeeze under a protruding mirror as the sink was tiny.

The B&B is in front of the Brancaccio Theatre, which is why I chose it. The price is adequate for the accommodation. The staff is very friendly and even on the phone we received all the possible information. Do not expect luxurious suites. The bathroom is quite narrow and the sink is basically a washbasin. There is a television, air conditioning, and a small empty minibar. In the common area, there is a vending machine for drinks and snacks. The cleanliness can be improved. Recommended for those who want to move around the area between Santa Maria Maggiore, Piazza San Giovanni, and the Colosseum.

Excellent structure in a strategic position, ten minutes from Termini station and the Colosseum. The room in front of the Theater is something exceptional. Despite Merulana Street being busy, the rooms are very quiet, clean and functional. An adequate quality-price ratio, I had chosen the formula without breakfast included. A structure to add to our list for pleasure trips.

Excellent stay in a small economy room, but very well maintained and clean. The structure, in general, is very well kept. It is located on the first floor of a beautiful and ancient building on Via Merulana, just a few steps from many monuments in the center of Rome, the station, and the subway. The managers are very kind and helpful; they waited for my evening arrival. Excellent quality, the price might be a little high, but it is appropriate to the reality of accommodation prices in the city. Thank you for everything.

Optimal location near the Colosseum and easy to reach on foot from the station. The room is comfortable, but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired and the bathroom is tiny. You practically have to leave the door open to be able to move. Breakfast is practically absent. The quality-price ratio is a bit excessive, the cost of one night without breakfast. The managers of the establishment were courteous and very kind.

Great location, in front of the Brancaccio Theater, very well-served area with various bars and restaurants and the VITTORIO EMANUELE metro stop 3 minutes away on foot. The room is small, but equipped with everything including TV and minibar. Excellent cleanliness and really friendly staff. They also have a snack and water dispenser.
