Everything perfect from check-in to check-out. The property does not have a fixed reception but everything is organized to perfection. The manager is always available for any request. Highly recommended.

Extremely kind and helpful managers, but the room was a real disappointment, it was certainly not a room for 4 adults! The terrace was bigger! The kitchen was very nice with every accessory... but the bottled water with the machine cap in the fridge was unacceptable! It's not hygienic, especially in times of Covid! P.S. too many pillows in such a small room... what are they for? Anyway, Rome deserves it, and so does Renato Zero!

Although months have passed, I want to write this review. I chose this property because it is located in one of my favorite places in Rome, namely Trastevere. We stayed in the Aqua room which also had a sauna. The room was clean (although there was a bit of dust), the bed was very comfortable, breakfast at one of the best bakeries in Trastevere, and the property is close to bus and tram stops. Upon arriving early in Rome, I called the property to inquire about early check-in, and the girl who managed the reservation was super kind and helpful. So, what can I say, a perfect weekend and now I know where to stay for my Roman weekends.

I stayed in this splendid apartment in the heart of Rome. Leonardo, the host, has always been super helpful. He showed me the best places to eat and drink together. Unfortunately, the period wasn’t great due to the pandemic but despite this, he managed to guide me and direct me throughout the entire time. Availability, punctuality, and friendliness are the characteristics that distinguish him. The apartment was spacious, in the heart of Rome. You can easily reach anywhere, with short walks in the alleys of Rome you arrive more or less at every tourist spot (Rome is big, right!). I can only thank for the hospitality shown, at a very fair price and with impeccable service and cleanliness. I will definitely come back!

The room is located in an optimal area of Trastevere. Unfortunately, it is not very bright and spacious, but the furniture is modern and in good condition. Breakfast is served at one of the best bakeries in the neighborhood, located a few meters from the property. The staff is extremely competent and available at any time.

Fantastic location, close to the historic center of Rome. What can I say, an experience to relive. The Jacuzzi inside the apartment made the weekend even more charming. Also fantastic the dedication and attention of the managers towards cleanliness with chemical treatments and gel. Highly recommend.

The breakfast at Giselda bar/bakery was excellent, while in the other affiliated bar quite poor. Easy check-in without the need for staff. Clean and modern structure, very close to typical Trastevere restaurants. Parking near the structure is only for a fee.

Excellent recently renovated structure. We stayed as a couple for one night in the Jacuzzi room and were pleasantly satisfied, especially with the very comfortable and large bed. Also great relationship with the owner. The only downside was the rather excessive amount of dust in less "busy" areas.

We had a great time at Luxury Rooms Flatinrome, where all the necessities were present, as well as air conditioning, fantastic Jacuzzi, smart TV with Netflix. We also really liked the bed, comfortable and large. I rated 8 for cleanliness because I would have appreciated more attention to this, especially to the Jacuzzi, but nothing irreparable. The manager was very helpful in providing us with any information and clarifications, attentive to all our requests. Also, the online check-in method is very convenient and allows you to do everything independently. Finally, the location of the house was optimal, behind Viale Trastevere and surrounded by all services (tobacconist, bar, wine shop, pizzeria, and more). The breakfast at the bar included in the price was also very good. Recommended!
