Guests love it because: near the metro, in the city center, very new, the design of the property, charming property, cheap, abundant breakfast.

Monday through Friday, from 8: 30 to 10: 00 a. m. , we serve breakfast by offering a wide selection of fresh croissants taken just minutes before at the café. All accompanied by a classic tea, a good cappuccino, Nespresso coffee and multivitamin juices. On Saturdays and Sundays, on the other hand, you can have breakfast on your own by taking advantage of the fresh donuts and cookies, always present in the facility. We are waiting for you.... ATTENTION: in January, breakfast service will not be available

A pleasant place to stay when in Rome. The location is in a quiet area, 4 minutes away from Cipro Metro Station, and a few meters away from local bus stops. The place was very clean, so if you want to walk barefoot, you can :) Emanuele was very helpful as he also provided some tips and directions. I will surely book here again next time I'm in Rome.

I wasn't there personally, but my brother and his family were. Excellent B&B and for breakfast they preferred to go out to the bar.

Emanuele is a helpful, kind host, and an inexhaustible source of advice on Rome. Room and bathroom very clean, super breakfast. Metro Cipro at 200 m, convenient for every trip.
