Just back from a weekend at this practically fantastic property. Great location, in the town center and a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Serapo beach, where we spent a wonderful day by the sea. The owner, Mr. Francesco, was practically at our disposal all day and for any request. I had a great time. My rating is 10 out of 10.

Francesco is very friendly and a great help for any needs. The apartment is new and clean, just right for three or at most four people (two sleep on the sofa bed). It is located in a very characteristic alley and that is a point in its favor. The beach of Serapo can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and is very beautiful: crystal clear water, beach establishments and a well-equipped free beach that allows you to spend less but also a lot of free beach.

B&B on the most characteristic street of Gaeta, breakfast at the Top pastry shop 100 meters away. Francesco, the magnificent and competent owner, tries to help the customer with all their requests. Air-conditioned, clean place with every accessory.

We stayed at this property 2 weeks ago for a week and we fell in love with it! I must say that I am pregnant and the property is absolutely suitable and comfortable for those in my same condition; the owner, Francesco, is truly kind, polite, and helpful. The property is small, but for 2 it's fine because it has everything you need and then the location truly leaves you enchanted. For those like us who love to experience the cities and see customs and traditions, this B&B is ideal given its location right in the most characteristic part of the city. Highly recommended and congratulations again.

We stayed with 4 people during the week of Ferragosto. The apartment is small but functional, has all the comforts, very comfortable mattresses, fast internet. Very clean and well organized. The structure is located in a strategic position, you can reach the sea beaches, clubs, etc. in a few minutes. Francesco, the owner, is a kind and very helpful person. Absolutely recommended. We stayed for a few days at Le Spiagge B&B, an excellent location in the peaceful Gaeta. The owner Francesco was uniquely kind, giving us great tips to explore this little gem. The B&B is small but very functional with excellent cleanliness, the breakfast at the bar a few meters away was great. What can I say? I celebrated my birthday in tranquility and relaxation. Highly recommended.

Really excellent structure located in the very central and super characteristic Via Indipendenza of Gaeta! Recently renovated with elegant and youthful furnishings and finishes! Excellent structure. Cozy, spacious, colorful, fragrant, and very clean room, equipped with every comfort: air conditioning with non-direct airflow on the beds, fridge with freezer, desk, wifi, mosquito net, balcony, flat-screen TV, spacious wardrobe, large and comfortable beds (the one for the child is even one and a half square; also furnished with two splendid paintings by the artist Mario Magnatti). Clean bathroom, also colored like the room and equipped with mosquito net; excellent shower with a nice water flow. New structure located in a strategic area, quiet at night but a few steps from the harbor and the town's bars. Breakfast at Bar Santos adjacent to the structure is also good. Excellent value for money. The gem of the structure is undoubtedly its manager: Francesco, a young, polite, very helpful person attentive to every need; he truly makes a difference. Recommended for everyone, both couples and families like mine. If we were to return to Gaeta, a really nice town to visit, we will definitely return to B&B Le Spiagge.

We stayed at Le Spiagge B&B last week and we really enjoyed our stay. The property is located right in the city center, close to all amenities. The Fontania room, where we stayed, is very nice, clean, with a comfortable balcony and a spacious bathroom. Despite the B&B being in the center of Gaeta, the area is very quiet and peaceful at night, allowing for a restful sleep. The breakfast bar is just a short walk from the property and offers delicious breakfasts. The Serapo beach is within walking distance, as well as the Fontania beach, along with the split mountain and the Grotta del Turco (must-see itineraries!). The other beaches can be easily reached within five minutes by car and, if needed, are all equipped with services. From the B&B, you can also walk to the medieval part of Gaeta, enjoying a beautiful seaside stroll. Francesco, the owner, is a very helpful, kind, and punctual person, always attentive to our needs and ready to provide advice and suggestions on restaurants, beaches, and tours. We were really satisfied and will gladly return!

We stayed at Le Spiagge B&B, the first weekend of March, on the occasion of the B&B Day and we had a great time. The structure is brand new and our room was really very nice and very clean. Francesco was extremely helpful both with the information on arrival, and throughout our stay. This was of great help to us in organizing ourselves better and seeing everything that Gaeta had to offer. The B&B is located in a small street off the main street, in a very quiet area given the period in which we stayed. And its location still allowed us to visit the city far and wide on foot. We are very satisfied with what we found and getting to know Francesco, who manages the entire structure, was a pleasure. Sara and Pasquale.

The structure is very central, clean, comfortable (fridge, balcony, air conditioning) and each room has been furnished and painted inspired by the beaches of Gaeta. I stayed here with my family for a weekend and I must say that the experience was truly enjoyable. Super cozy rooms, equipped with an en-suite bathroom, all new, clean, and tastefully furnished. My parents also stayed in July in the small apartment with a kitchen and they had a great time. The area is really nice and characteristic: in no time you are in the center and less than 1 km away there is a really beautiful beach. To come back for sure.

I highly recommend it to both young people and families. Very nice B&B completely renovated, all new and very clean. Cute and beautiful decorations, the floor of each room represents a beach with the rippling sea. Tasteful furnishing, we had a beautiful and especially comfortable bed! The bathroom, even though it was smaller in our room, had all the amenities, a shower with a large ceiling showerhead very pleasant. Air conditioning, fridge, desk, very spacious wardrobe. Located in a small alley off Via Indipendenza (a beautiful and characteristic bustling street), behind the seafront, you will not feel like guests but Gaetans. Not far from the sea, a pleasant and short walk, it's not even 10 minutes on foot. Slightly further away is the medieval village, a 10-minute walk along the seafront with the sea breeze and a spectacular view. Even though it's central, the rooms are very quiet. Breakfast at the bar, fantastic croissants and excellent coffee. Young and friendly managers. And what about Francesco, kind and friendly since the day of booking. Very attentive to the customer, he advised us on everything, always available and smiling, his commitment and passion for his work are evident. Thank you for everything.

Although my wife was pregnant, the journey to the beautiful beach was pleasant, through characteristic alleys and shaded avenues, extremely clean rooms, completely renovated and furnished with excellent taste by the owner Francesco, a polite and always available guy, who knew how to guide us and save money in various areas: from the beach establishment, to the restaurant, ending with the free parking, we will definitely come back!

I have recently been to this lovely Bed & Breakfast located in a great position, right in the city center. Francesco, the owner, is kind and very helpful; the room is small but equipped with all the comforts and especially very clean! B&B absolutely recommended. We will definitely come back!
