Beautiful structure immersed in the green hills of Itri, strategically located to easily reach the locations of Formia, Gaeta, Sperlonga, and Fondi. Spacious room equipped with all comforts. Very kind and professional staff. A special mention for the owner (Mrs. Anna), an exquisite person always available for any request, who made us feel at home. Highly recommended.

Everything is perfect.

A simply PERFECT stay, all thanks to the presence of Mrs. Anna who, with great availability, made us feel comfortable in her magnificent facility where we spent three really enjoyable days. Courtesy, kindness, and the possibility to use common areas for our dinners and breakfasts with a wide choice of coffee/tea/herbal teas/sweets/kitchen equipment, etc. A truly ideal host, it would be really nice if all B&Bs were like "La Valle del Re".

Mrs. Anna is super kind, welcoming, and available to solve any problem. The room is very clean and looks new, it is for two guests, so the third added bed for us, who were with a 14-year-old girl, was a bit cramped. It involved moving a wardrobe, which obstructed part of the air conditioner, without, however, removing coolness from the room. The shared kitchen for customers is convenient, equipped with everything necessary for breakfast and cookies always available. The whole structure is very beautiful, the only drawback is the access to the structure, uphill, the very narrow road, the very annoying gravel.

With four friends, we had a pleasant holiday in a green and peaceful oasis. Very cozy and spotlessly clean rooms, Mrs. Anna, very kind and always available for any need and tourist information. We visited nearby places that were very interesting and unique.

We stayed at this beautiful bed & breakfast in August for 10 days with my daughter and husband. We had a great time! Everything is new and super clean! The room is spacious as well as the bathroom! Too bad they couldn't serve breakfast and we had to go to a bar in the center of Itri. But for next year it will be more feasible and they will also have a great pool! Quite convenient for getting around to visit Sperlonga, Gaeta, and Terracina and to go to the beach. We recommend the free beaches after the campsites in Fondi. Thank you Anna and your staff! Miriam

Beautiful, clean, easy to reach.

He who seeks finds? Finding Casaroppola is not easy. Quiet, beautiful place,... you feel at home. Mrs. Paola is incredibly hospitable. Despite staying alone, Mrs. Paola makes available to me the most comfortable little apartment,... three beds, kitchen, and all comforts. With the attention and care typical of a mother, she ensures that I know how to use the timer for heating, and she promptly brings me the coffee package so I can make moka for breakfast. Certainly, Casaroppola will be half of my next overnight stays in Itri. I recommend Casaroppola to anyone who wants to feel at home... P.S. Don't trust the navigator. Despite everything, Casaroppola is close to everything (if you have a car). 5 stars.

Recently built B&B, comfortable, well-equipped and spacious room, all managed with great order and attention to cleanliness. Panoramic view of the slopes of the Aurunci mountains, slightly secluded location, but strategic if you want to move freely in the area both to visit the coast of Ulysses and for excursions inland. Truly warm welcome and complete availability from the owners. Also under construction a panoramic swimming pool that we hope to see completed in our next stay.

A beautiful discovery. Brand new apartments with an attached garden immersed in the wonderful olive trees of the area. Mrs. Anna is a wonderful owner. The mother we all would like to have. Just a few kilometers from the stunning beach of S. Agostino, the structure is very comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend it to everyone.
