The location is excellent and the price is very fair. My main problem was the inflexibility around check-in: the IT system only allowed opening the door at 2 pm, so I had to wait outside for 20 minutes although the room was ready. The door is opened with an app only. I had problems opening the door because of poor mobile reception when standing at the door. It took 15 minutes to realise that the solution was to connect to the Wi-Fi with the 20-digit code provided by the host (why make the code so difficult?). When I was in town it was stressful that I needed to have battery left on my phone to get in. A key as a parallel solution would have been nice. The room was very nice, with a bed with a semi-hard foam mattress that my body actually liked. Heating is on from 6 pm only, so the room gets cold during the day.

Gli orari del check in sono chiaramente indicati per cui essendo un b&b con check in elettronico, indicato anche questo, purtroppo non e’ possibile entrare alle 12 ! Invio sempre tutte le indicazioni per accedere il giorno precedente con foto e video e tutti i 3 passaggi da seguire, compresa passaword del mio Wi-Fi molto potente per entrare, se non li guardate purtroppo avrete difficoltà ad entrare. In merito agli orari di accensione del riscaldamento ci atteniamo in questa fase iniziale di novembre alle indicazioni del sindaco di Roma, sicuramente però non si soffre il freddo ! Ps hai dimenticato di saldare la tassa e di scriverlo nei tuoi commenti ma grazie lo stesso.

Beautiful room with an outdoor patio. Unfortunately I only stayed one night and couldn't fully enjoy the property. Very generous breakfast, very kind host. I will definitely return.

The room matched the description, but there were some shortcomings. The sheets were not bright white and, being white, small stains were noticeable; moreover, they were not ironed. In the bathroom there was no sink plug, so if something small fell while you were washing your hands it was lost. Breakfast consisted of cereals, rusks, jam, packaged cookies and wafers, and a tart that had already been opened before our arrival. There was milk and juice in the fridge; however, it would be good to indicate the date they were opened to know whether the product is still fresh.
