We had a delightful stay last four days. The apartment is lovely, clean and cozy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

A simple but comfortable room in a modified apartment. Breakfast was a voucher for a croissant + coffee in a nearby shop. Not central, but conveniently close to a metro station. The host was helpful. I had a pleasant stay overall. It's certainly overpriced but it's Rome.

Very nice hosts who were very flexible with our late arrival and departure needs. The accommodation is very clean, nicely decorated and the AC in the bedroom was very welcome in this hot summer. Our bathroom was in the corridor but this was not a big issue: we crossed nobody during our 4-night stay. The location is quite good: very close to Garbatella nice areas and metro station. Around 15 minutes away from the Colosseum area. The main drawback of this accommodation was the noisy street sometimes, although it was OK in the middle of the night. Window noise insulation could be improved. Also the breakfast is just a coupon for a cappuccino and one pastry. If you prefer tea, you'll have to pay extra. Overall we would recommend this accommodation.

Daniel and his sister are very helpful and attentive. The room and bathroom are well maintained with frequent change of linens. It is a pity to be disturbed by the noises from the neighborhood.

The apartment was very good, very clean, beds and bathroom very comfortable (good privacy). The host David was very kind, welcomed us very late, and always with a lot of kindness and courtesy. He had attentions towards us by leaving water and was always attentive to our requests. I would definitely stay there again if I returned to Rome.

I stayed in this property for six consecutive days and fell in love with it. I met both David and Gloria and found them kind, helpful, and truly attentive to guests' needs. The property looks like a jewel box and you can see that nothing is left to chance. The environment is clean, welcoming, and meticulously cared for. The included breakfast is to be taken at a nearby affiliated bar (which is also a pastry shop, so they have an in-house laboratory and make delicious things). In the area, you can find everything: a pharmacy, bars, pizzerias, bakeries, Japanese restaurants, supermarkets, the metro. Absolutely recommended!

Very clean and very close to the metro. I had to work in the area so it was an excellent choice and with a much more convenient price compared to other solutions. I recommend it without a doubt.

The manager David took care of me and all my needs. Kind in manner and polite, he was present when I arrived, explaining every detail of the room. Breakfast included at a 'partner' bar below the structure. Just steps from the apartment, there is a supermarket so you can't ask for more. David was so kind to leave the room for an extra 3 hours after check-in as the room was not booked to leave calmly. Excellent experience and highly recommended!

We had a wonderful holiday in this property, the owner was helpful and kind, we were welcomed by the sister (very kind). Strategic location, just a few steps away you can find the metro and bus stops. TV and air conditioning. I will definitely book here for my future trips.

The apartment is cozy and in the room there is everything you need. For breakfast, a ticket is provided to use in the pastry shop right below the apartment. The location is right next to one of, I believe, the most beautiful and suggestive areas of Rome, Garbatella. I highly recommend it. The welcome was also very pleasant and the communication with the host excellent.

All in all, everything was fine, the only downside, for those who end up in the rooms facing the street, is a bit of morning noise due to the presence of supermarkets and street vendors. This could be solved by replacing the fixtures, the only thing that remained unchanged from the excellent renovation of the entire structure. I would recommend replacing the common internal door locks of the rooms, just for greater safety of the guests. The location is convenient for those traveling by car, given the presence, about 50 meters away, of a paid garage. For those on foot, the B Garbatella metro station is reachable in a few minutes.

A comfortable and functional solution to visit Rome, conveniently located and well served with pharmacy, shops, restaurants, and bars, a few meters from Garbatella metro station. The manager is very kind and helpful. The room is well furnished, functional, and equipped with everything you need including a minibar. The bathroom is comfortable and has a nice shower. The breakfast at an external pastry bar is good. To improve the service, a kettle or coffee machine in the room would be appreciated.

Welcoming structure, tastefully furnished. The sliding door shower is definitely noteworthy. Too many fake plants spoil the appearance a bit. Congratulations on the management. Excellent location near the metro.

Structure near the Metro stop, quiet neighborhood at night, air conditioning (essential during the summer in Rome), breakfast included. However, I think the strong point is the manager: very quick in response, understanding in case of mishaps, simple and efficient organization. If I return to Rome, I will book again at La Pergamena.

Excellent location and well-made structure with a very friendly and helpful manager. Breakfast with cappuccino + croissant ticket to use at the bar under the structure, not changeable unless with the addition of a monetary difference. Well-made and fairly clean room (there was dust on the bed structure and in the drawers unfortunately) and with small defects (shower head in place of bidet next to the toilet leaks water and cannot be used except in the shower) but otherwise for the price paid it is absolutely worth it. Thank you very much and see you next time!

Everything very good, convenient location with metro to move around Rome comfortably. The only low vote for the breakfast simply because it was not available on the premises but in a pastry shop nearby. Without taking anything away, I would have preferred to have it on the premises. The owner was very helpful with our questions.

Very suitable apartment for our needs, our room did not have an en-suite bathroom but privacy is still guaranteed in the use of the external bathroom (which is not shared with other rooms). The manager is kind and very helpful. Apartment very close to the metro. We recommend leaving the car as soon as you can park and not moving it anymore. The affiliated bar for breakfast is a good solution in the absence of kitchen/breakfast at home.

Perfect location for business or leisure trips in a lively and constantly evolving neighborhood, full of restaurants, supermarkets, bars, and services. Just a stone's throw from metro line B, well connected to most areas of interest (not only the center of Rome and the train stations, but also EUR and Ostia). Clean rooms with all the comforts, just like being at home. Extremely kind and helpful owner, but not intrusive. Decent breakfast at the affiliated bar. Affordable price for the area and the period. Definitely worth considering for future stays in the capital.

Strengths: cleanliness, proximity to the metro, economical price, location in a quiet area, small fridge for drinks. Weaknesses: no reception, breakfast is contracted with a bar, but the bar was closed, there is no common space like a kitchen. The owner is very helpful.

Situata in una zona dal punto di vista dei trasporti a disposizione perfetta metro B Garbatella a due passi e linea autobus vicina. Stanza spaziosa con balconcino fronte strada. Bagno ampio e pulitissimo. Ottimo per un weekend di relax o per lavoro. Wifi buono ma dipende da quanti ospiti sono presenti in struttura per la connessione veloce.

Ho soggiornato per 4 giorni presso il B&B La Pergamena, per un corso di aggiornamento universitario. Io ed il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile, ci ha consigliato i ristoranti migliori nella zona, spiegato come muoverci e ci ha dato la possibilità di effettuare il check-in al nostro arrivo, previsto in tarda serata (non è scontato trovare questa disponibilità presso tutte le strutture della zona). Le stanze sono pulite e confortevoli. Ottima la posizione della struttura, vicinissima alla stazione della metro Garbatella linea B e ben servito anche il quartiere. Molto buona la colazione prevista al bar sotto casa. Consiglio a tutti di pernottare in questo B&B.

Ottimo bed and breakfast! Arredato con gusto e molto pulito, gode di un ottima posizione! Lo consiglio sia ai giovani che ai meno giovani, a 5 minuti dalla metro Garbatella, ha tutti i confort che un b&b dovrebbe avere. Ha un rapporto qualità prezzo veramente alto.

Ospitalità e servizi sono stati eccellenti, la posizione non è centralissima ma ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Sono contento di tutto e sicuramente al mio prossimo soggiorno a Roma tornerò alla Pergamena. Un piccolo suggerimento, se mi è consentito, cambiate la marca del sapone e del bagnoschiuma:).
