What a wonderful Bed & Breakfast!! Run by Mary and her daughter, they are both absolutely delightful. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. There is plenty of parking. We stayed here for 2 nights while house hunting and I would definitely stay again. Mary and her daughter were very attentive and kind, and they are worth 10/10 on their own 😊.

A place with a good price-quality ratio, very clean, quite close to the hospital, which is why we were in Rieti. The owner is very kind and helpful, close to good restaurants and pizzerias. I will definitely use it again.

We stayed for two days and for such a short time we can say we had a great time. The managers of the structure are very kind and hospitable people, they immediately put you at ease and having a conversation with them is very pleasant. The room is very well-kept and really clean. Clean facility, punctual staff in both the agreement phase and at check-in, with parking available. I greatly appreciated the ability to arrange the check-out time. I only point out the issue with the wifi, which despite repeated attempts and correct password entry, did not connect.

We stayed at the property for a few days and we really enjoyed it! The environment is well-kept, clean, the owners are friendly, professional, and very helpful: any request was promptly met. The breakfast included a variety of products and, above all, every morning we were greeted with a slice of cake made by the owner, different every day and always excellent. Paolo, the owner, accompanied our breakfast every morning with stories of anecdotes, valuable tips for visiting the area, information about Rieti and its surroundings both cultural, socio-economic, and historical. His words reflect the love for his land and the work he carries out with his wife with so much passion.

B&B in a very strategic area for a hike on Mount Terminillo and not too far from the center of Rieti. Lovely place with available parking and very well-maintained inside with cleanliness that meets Covid emergency standards. The managers are kind, welcoming and willing to provide advice and useful information about the surrounding areas. The breakfast is also excellent: very varied, abundant and accompanied by very good homemade products. An experience to be repeated.

We booked trusting the truthfulness of the reviews and we did well. The managers were very welcoming and the property is absolutely well-maintained, clean, and cared for. The rooms are cozy, although not so warm. Abundant breakfast. It was also important for us to be able to bring our little dog.
