To highlight: Beautiful room, everything clean, very attentive and caring staff, I recommend it because it met what was offered. The things I believe could improve are as follows: 1. Curtains: they are very thin and at night when the lights are on, you can see outside. 2. Television: the remote control did not work, the screen is smaller than a monitor and it is also facing the opposite direction of the bed. 3. Towels: very small even the body ones. 4. Supplies: I would recommend adding a corkscrew to open wines. 5. Instructions: update information, for example, the use of Wifi.

The room does not match the photos. There are noticeable moisture stains on the ceiling. The television is microscopic. The third bed in the room is barely more than a cot, making it short and inadequate. The bathroom is tiny. The breakfast is non-existent, consisting of a tray in the room with only packaged products. In my opinion, an inappropriate price for a structure that is basically just a bed and of this quality.

Salve, Grazie per la recensione ma volevo rispondere ad alcuni punti. La camera è come nella foto credo sia scorretto dire il contrario. Le macchie come dice di umidità sono stuccature non dovute all’umidità ma opera di manutenzione non portata a termine per via delle prenotazioni in corso. Il terzo letto è una brandina infatti da foto si vede benissimo che nella camera non è presente un terzo letto, bastava chiamare prima di prenotare e le veniva tranquillamente segnalato. Il bagno rispecchia le misure standard e non crediamo sia così piccolo. La colazione, come specificato nel messaggio di check in, è gratuita e lasciata come ospitalità con prodotti confezionati perché da licenza non possiamo servire prodotti freschi. Evidentemente non è riuscito a leggere quella parte dove veniva informato. Il prezzo è adeguato alla zona e più basso della concorrenza perché appunto valutiamo quello che possiamo offrire ed il periodo stagionale. Forse mentre veniva colpito dalla nostra tariffa più bassa non si accorto delle tariffe in basso alla pagina di prenotazione. Grazie e buona giornata.

Property located in an excellent spot for reaching the metro (Ottaviano) and buses (Clodio) connecting with the whole city. About 20 minutes from the stadium, which is also reachable on foot. The room is tidy and clean, equipped with air conditioning. The two flaws are the lack of a bidet and the entrance door. The room is inside an apartment that also has other rooms, with entrance doors that are those of a room, from which you can hear the noises of the adjacent rooms and are not very secure in terms of the lock; however, this did not affect our stay. The manager was very helpful and precise in responding to all our needs and in tidying up the room.

On the occasion of the Ligabue concert at the Olimpico Stadium, we stayed in Rome. We chose it randomly for the excellent location in terms of distance from the stadium. It turned out to be a wonderful discovery as the B&B is located in an artery well connected to the rest of the city, including the center. The manager was extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

My partner and I stayed at this property for a few days during our stay in Rome. The location is strategic as it is close to the Foro Italico (for those interested in the tennis tournament) and the Ottaviano metro station as well as Piazzale Clodio (where many buses pass). The manager has been very helpful, kind, and friendly since the booking, in addition to giving us many tips. The property is nice and clean, the breakfast is good. Excellent value for money. I recommend it.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 days at I Prati di Roma. The managers are friendly and nice, cleanliness is the B&B's strong point, the location is good as it is close to Ottaviano metro station.

I found myself very well. Mrs. Sonia very kind. Excellent structure in a strategic location. A few blocks from Ottaviano metro stop. Great location for those aiming at the Vatican or for work needs at the Rome Tribunal. Adequate price. Breakfast sufficient. I will definitely go back.
