This is a basic room and bathroom. Very clean. Best part is its location, just across the street from Re Di Roma metro line. It's located in a neighborhood with many options for excellent eateries that are local. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very clean, free snacks and coffee in the kitchen with necessary facilities for cooking. Valerio gave us instructions of how to get from airport and it really helped a lot, we liked the neighborhood and Re di Roma metro station is in 2 mins from the front door.

The location served as an excellent base for traveling to and from the city center—it is near the Metro and there are numerous shops and restaurants close by. The host is wonderful. He kept our room and the shared kitchen immaculate, provided a good variety of food for breakfast and snacks, and was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. The bedroom itself was small, but had all essentials, including a nice bathroom, closet and small refrigerator. We particularly liked the fact the room (#2) has a nice window that can be opened for fresh air, even when it rained.

The apartment was nice and the lady was super nice. There's also a small fridge in the room if you need it. The location wasn't very central, you have to pay attention to when the last bus home leaves but there are enough connections so it's easy.

Upon arrival, we were asked for €10.80 for the tourist tax. It had to be paid in cash, nowhere in the booking did it state that this amount had to be paid upon arrival, nor that it had to be in cash. The hotel price is somewhat high, considering that the location is not central. There is a metro station right below.

Definitely interesting and convenient strategic location! However, delay in check-in and little availability in meeting the customer's small requests such as early check-in times or codes sent to only one person when the reservation was for a double room. Additionally, there is the issue of the cost: the total amount for two nights was supposed to be 140 euros as per the bed-and-breakfast app, but instead 164.25 euros of "additional taxes" were requested, which were not even specified in the room reservation details on the door. Finally, even though it is listed on b&b, it's only a room, so the price never includes breakfast.

The structure is located in an exceptional point, a stone's throw from the metro Re di Roma and 3 minutes from San Giovanni. I only recommend a coffee in the morning.

The structure is very clean, tidy, new and in an excellent well-served location by public transport. However, in the bathroom I found an unpleasant smell and the manager did not provide any information until I contacted him personally.

Stayed in this guesthouse for 3 days in Rome. Let's start with the only three positive aspects: excellent location just a few steps from the metro, not overly expensive price, and a very comfortable bed. There are several negative aspects: The bathroom emitted a strong sewage smell, even noticeable from outside the room. The hairdryer is very small, loose on the outside and tends to overheat very easily. The flush isn't very strong and many times you have to press it 2/3 times for it to work. The shower often experienced temperature drops. In my opinion, the property should also be taken care of in small details to make it more comfortable.

I stayed for two nights. The check-in was quick and Davide very helpful and kind. The apartment is small but really comfortable and clean, it has everything. Located very close to the Re di Roma metro stop, so in an optimal position to move around the city, with all the restaurants and shops you need nearby. Definitely a place to choose if you want to visit Rome.

Simple but comfortable structure. Excellent location: exiting the building, there is the subway. Shops of all kinds on Via Appia. Top quality/price ratio. Helpful and kind manager, we could also leave our luggage, I will definitely come back when I return to Rome. Recommended.

Creaky doors and beds. Bathroom with bidet almost inaccessible due to limited space and clogged sink drain. Too bad because the location is great.

My girlfriend and I had a great time. The room is very clean, all new and comfortable. The location is great for moving around the city center (just a few minutes from the Colosseum area) and very convenient for the station. Davide is kind and helpful.

B&B molto carino abbiamo soggiornato dal 29 dicembre 2018 al 2 gennaio 2019. Piccolo ben tenuto solo 3 camere una con bagno privato e 2 con bagno in comune. posizione super con la fermata della metro a 50 metri dove vai dappertutto a Roma. Inserito nella zona re di Roma molto ben servita dalle varie attività commerciali presenti in zona. camere pulite silenziose letto molto comodo. La colazione alla mattina non ti fa mancare davvero nulla. Il proprietario Valerio persona ottima ci ha fatto trovare la camera già pronta alle 10:15 quasi 2 ore prima del check in. Che dire: se passate da Roma per 3-4 giorni andate da home 57 relais vi troverete a vostro agio.

Siamo stati a Roma per un paio di giorni, struttura confortevole e pulita, stanza silenziosa. Posizione ottima. Colazione self service in cui c'era una buona scelta di cose da mangiare e bere. Se ci sarà occasione torneremo di sicuro.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni in questo grazioso B&B. Ottima la posizione, vicino ai mezzi pubblici e ricca di ristoranti a prezzi molto abbordabili. La camera pulita e lo staff gentile e disponibilissimo (da vero galantuomo Valerio ci ha portato le valigie! Ottimo il buffet della colazione sempre disponibile, anche durante la giornata. Unico consiglio che abbiamo da dare è mettere un piccolo forno a microonde, aiuterebbe a scaldare gli alimenti più velocemente dei fornelli dato che la cucina è piccolina. Grazie Laura e Veronica.
