It's amazing experience of stay here. It's quiet in the urban town and located very near the Metro station of Basilica S. Paolo and convenient to go to the city center. Nice host and house keeping service. Will come back agin next time.

The location is great because it is a quiet place and 200 meters from a metro station. It is very comfortable and the staff is very helpful. As an improvement opportunity, I would mention the shower, as I don't know if it wasn't working or if I was operating it incorrectly, but the amount of hot water was not very good.

Friendly, efficient, polite and very helpful staff. Rooms and services appropriate for the price. The only downside is the breakfast at the bar. There is a corner for breakfast but it only provides tea and coffee. Perfect cleanliness. Everything else is fine.

Room a bit small, bathroom lacking towel rack, noisy water heater that turned on by itself (perhaps connected to other rooms) and not perfectly clean, but for one night it was more than fine. Very close to the metro, so convenient for getting around.

Good location, well connected by public transport, very helpful staff (I had booked a room with a shared bathroom, they gave me a room with a private bathroom at the same price). Good breakfast at the bar downstairs (croissant + coffee/cappuccino).

Structure to be completely restored, cleaning to be reviewed and poor breakfast. The room was in indecent conditions, there was a strange air as if it had been closed for centuries, broken shutters with curtains that do not cover all the windows where I woke up early because of the light. It is saved only because it is central and there is the possibility of parking for free in the surroundings. For disabled people, the exemption from the tourist tax is provided upon submission of documentation. There are better options elsewhere with reasonable value for money.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this bed and breakfast. The rooms, both ours and the children's, were very beautiful, clean, organized, and very well cared for in every detail. The breakfast was plentiful and rich. The location was perfect both for visiting the city and for reaching the airport. Additionally, we appreciated the friendliness and availability of the owner.

I and my family had a very good time: good location, a few steps from the metro, private parking, spacious room, private bathroom (some small accessories are missing), possibility to use the kitchen with all the accessories, owner easygoing and available. If it happens, we will definitely return.
