Not only for breakfast but for any moment of the day when you need a little 'refreshment', the common area is equipped with a Nespresso machine, a kettle for tea, and fresh drinks in the fridge. For breakfast, we provide fruit juices, milk, snacks, biscuits, honey, Nutella, toast bread, and a rotation of yogurt, dried fruits, cereals, oranges for juice, or other pastries. Coffee can be prepared with pods or instant coffee. Among other beverages, we also offer chamomile and barley. Our breakfasts must be individually packaged and single-serve according to the law. Gluten-free breakfast is available if requested in advance.

Our stay at Happy Island BnB has been great. Cristiano has been a welcoming and helpful host. The room is very clean and well maintained and is located in a well catered area close to various shops, eateries and bars. The Bologna metro is close and the Tiburtina train station is also within walking distance - approx 800 metres. Being only 3km from central Rome we were also able to walk there. A comfortable and convenient place to stay. We will definitely recommend this accommodation to friends and family. Thank you Cristiano. We hope to be able to return soon.

Christiano was a very welcoming and kind host. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It's located in a nice area with lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. It's within walking distance of metro station Bologna, so you're very quickly in the city center. It was very hot during our stay mid June (>35C), but the apartment was easy to keep cool.

Everything was very good at Happy Island, Cristiano (the host) was kind at all times and we had our privacy, it was like coming home. The Bologna metro station was very close and many buses passed through the area, which allowed us to get around from one side to the other both to leave the area and to return, we highly recommend this space.

The host is very polite, kind and helpful. Impeccable cleanliness. Excellent location with services just a short walk away, such as the metro and the train station. Very quiet area. Spacious room with bathroom. I recommend it.

Convenient location, halfway between the two train stations, from where you can easily reach any point in the city by subway (less than 5 minutes on foot) or bus (which stops right in front). Nice room, equipped with all comforts, and the owner is polite and helpful. The only downsides are the busy and noisy neighborhood and the dimly lit room. But for those looking for just a "base" to sleep and have breakfast before heading out to explore the city, it's perfect for me. The price is also very good.

Cristiano, the manager, was very kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. Abundant and varied breakfast. Proximity to Metro Bologna is definitely a big plus for getting around easily and planning daily visits. Quiet and well-insulated room even though facing the street.
