Sorry, even though I didn't have breakfast but service from the owner was very welcoming and smiling. I stayed for one night and had no issues. I will recommend anyone to stay at this quiet place. There are not too many dinner options which you will have to plan really well.

Plus; Really nice host speaks very good English. Close by the airport. You can use the kitchen and garden. You can walk to the beach and harbor where they catch and sell the fish. Min: it smelled a bit after smoking, breakfast is nothing fresh everything packed, sound of airplanes starts at 5:30 in the morning. Overall; just fine.

The host is incredibly accommodating and very responsive. He offers shuttle service to and from the airport at a great rate. The rooms are all very modern, spacious and clean. Perfect for a 1 or 2 night spot to get you close to the airport. Room has its own bathroom. Kitchen is shared and for breakfast he provides juice, coffee and assortment of yogurts and bread etc. This is our second stay and would stay here a third time if given the opportunity! Thank you for everything!

My husband and I had been on a cruise and were supposed to leave to fly out but our flight was delayed and we needed a quick place to stay for the night that was close to the airport. We were so glad we came across this place and booked it. They picked us up from the airport and drove us to our room. They even recommended lunch and dinner spots while we were staying. We went to both of the resort and they were both delicious and I'm walking distance from our room. The next morning, we were provided breakfast and a drive to the airport for us to catch our flight. Loved our stay and definitely recommend!

The best thing about our stay at Happy Home was the service and help we received from Antonio and his son Giuseppe. This facility was clean and comfortable and close to the airport but our hosts went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

This was my second time staying at Happy Home, which continues to be an excellent option for travel to and from Rome FCO airport. The neighborhood and the house are peaceful and pleasant, so it's a great place to unwind after a long flight or to relax before a long flight back home.

We stayed one night here to be close to the airport since we were leaving early in the morning. The host was kind and arranged the taxi in front of the accommodation for us to go to the airport. I recommend it for one or more nights.

We really liked it. Thanks to the night flight ban, we were able to sleep very well, so the location under the flight path didn't bother us at all. Giuseppe and his entire family are extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed at the Happy Home again before our flight back home and were greeted so warmly, as if we had known each other forever. We will definitely stay here again when we fly to Rome!

Good B&B, spacious and clean rooms. Unfortunately, I am not sure the property is well served by public transport. I had to walk about 1 km to the nearest bus stop and wait about 40 minutes before a bus headed to the airport passed (there was one every hour). Maybe because it was around 8:00 PM. You should ask the host in advance (who was very helpful) for more detailed information. In any case the host offers an airport shuttle service (for a fee).

The owner is nothing short of extraordinary, with a level of availability like few others, very down-to-earth and makes you feel completely at ease. Excellent from all points of view, very nice, welcoming, and clean structure. I chose Happy Home because I had to go to the Rome fair for a competition. I was lucky to be welcomed by Giuseppe, the owner, who also offers an escort service to the competition venue. Everything was great, highly recommended.

Happy Home is located in Fiumicino, a structure that leaves you speechless for how modern it is, complete with accessories, and clean. Very comfortable beds, very well-kept bathroom, kitchen complete with any accessory and buffet breakfast. For leisure moments and smokers, there is a small garden equipped with tables, chairs, and benches. Very good people the manager and his parents, available 24 hours a day and education to sell. Record quality-price ratio. Ten and praise.

Nice and very comfortable structure especially for the family atmosphere that welcomes you. Very clean and tidy, breakfast prepared by the owners in a very nice common kitchen; a really positive note is the small garden in front of the house that offers a reserved and pleasant space to relax even in the evening. The owners are very nice and available for any request. The only downside, not related to the structure, is transportation: expensive and poorly managed to and from Rome. But, as you know, it's a well-known problem in Rome. We will definitely be back!

Great solution for those who need to stay overnight near the airport, clean, essential, great room, really large bathroom, in my humble opinion the single mattress a bit too soft. The kind and down-to-earth owner made himself available both on arrival and departure for a transfer to the recommended airport.
