We stayed for only one night. The studio flat was equipped with all the comforts, excellent cleanliness, and perfect welcome from the owner who was always available. We will definitely come back. Excellent value for money.

Comfortable and cozy place, easily accessible and at the same time convenient to go everywhere, being practically at the EUR. Viviana, a perfect hostess attentive, caring, and helpful. When I return to the eternal city, I will definitely come back here.

Beautiful structure in a perfect location for what my need was. Spacious, bright and well-ventilated room, with a large terrace for breakfast and relaxation in the evening. The owner was kind and helpful beyond expectations. The only aspect that could be improved in my opinion is breakfast: there was coffee, milk, some snacks, sugar and salt, but a little more attention (for example fresh bread and the classic single portions of jam, butter, chocolate, etc... some fruit or a 'bonus' for the bar in front) would have been better, especially for those like me who love to wake up and have a good breakfast to start off on the right foot. I would come back anyway and would definitely recommend it, even for longer stays.

Wonderful, very clean, quiet, peaceful structure. I used it during a stay at the Regina Elena hospital with my son. The lady who manages it is an extraordinary person like few you see around. Discreet but caring. Helpful and welcoming. She made these difficult days more bearable. The B&B is very close to the hospital, in a quiet and peaceful area. Nearby there is a snack bar where you can eat well without spending too much. In short, highly recommended. Thank you from the heart.

B&B just outside the ring road but convenient to the metro stops EUR, great if you want to explore the 'external' Rome (Ostia, Via Appia, the coast) provided with a car. Courteous, nice owner, good information. Excellent value for money.

Excellent facility, beautiful place, peaceful away from the chaos of Rome, great location to reach the center by metro. Not to mention the kindness and availability of Mrs. Viviana who manages the facility! In short, I recommend it.

I was hospitalized at the IFO Regina Elena, located about 800 meters from the B&B. Before and after the hospitalization, I stayed for a few days while my wife remained until departure (almost two weeks). The structure is absolutely recommendable. We had a great time. In front of the B&B, there is a cafe, a bar, a pastry shop (Crociani) where you can eat well! So, the logistical situation is excellent. But the strength of the structure lies in its owner, a very dynamic lady and available for any help. In short, a certainty in goodness.

Comfortable, clean, welcoming structure. Ideal for those who need to stay near the IFO and more. The Green House is just a few bus stops away from the Euroma2 Shopping Center. Also, with the 700 line, you can reach the Eur Fermi metro terminus in a few minutes to visit the center of Rome. The owner Viviana is exquisite, helpful, friendly, and generous! I will definitely come back because you feel right at home.

They were really beautiful days, I was really good, welcoming, simple, cared for, clean and hospitable. The manager Viviana is a truly helpful, kind, and nice person! The place is close to the metro and the airport and it's easy to reach the city center, I will definitely go back and recommend it to everyone.
