What a pity that it's noisy. There is no double glazing and the place is very busy. You can even hear people talking in the street.\n\nOtherwise the Gate 40 is very good, well located, spacious, the kitchen is a plus and the bed is large and very comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at your place, the environment, the cleanliness and everything else were excellent. The only downside was the absence of a hairdryer. I thank Mrs. Capuano for her availability and courtesy. I am sure to book for my next visits to Rome.

Great location, cleanliness, value for money, kindness, and availability of the host. \nOnly note for breakfast: few seats available because the tables are occupied by a series of snacks, which perhaps should be placed on a shelf. Packaged snacks were not well-liked by other guests either, maybe it would be better to offer croissants or croissants to warm up in the oven and cereals in dispensing containers, more hygienic.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The Piccadilly restaurant run by the same manager is highly recommended because the food is very good. The carbonara is fabulous, but the rest is no less.

My parents stayed at Gate 40 and had a great time, the availability of the managers was impeccable. Also the cleanliness and the food! Thank you, it was their first time in Rome, they can't wait to come back and stay there. The proximity to the metro was perfect!
