Regular.\nIn my experience too far from the center, even though by metro you can get there in 15 minutes, when you're just spending a weekend it's a bit annoying to depend on this. (considering that at 11pm they stop running) \nBy bus it takes more than 30 minutes. (last one at midnight) \nAs for the area, it wasn't bad, but in front of the apartment door there were many garbage bags and a bad smell in the staircase (it's on the first floor, there's no elevator) but other than that the room was very clean. \nThe manager was very kind but they don't keep your luggage after check out (10am) and it doesn't include breakfast. \nI don't recommend it for a weekend, maybe for a longer stay it could be fine since there's a mini fridge in the room. \nI went for just 1 night and didn't get to explore the area in depth, but it's close to a metro station, there are bars and shops, it's a commercial area.

I suggest adding a coffee machine or a small vending machine in the room or in the hallway, since otherwise it is an excellent, essential, and clean structure.

Structure without many pretensions based on the price, excellent, large and clean room with all the comforts, very quiet area and well served easy to park if you arrive by car. I would definitely come back.

Apart from the friendliness of the staff, unfortunately we do not give a passing grade to the structure. Upon arrival, the room was cold and the air conditioning system was not enough to heat the room, furthermore, the bathroom lacked heating and a trash can, linen provided for the bare minimum.

Room for 4 very large with high ceiling. Comfortable bathroom, clean structure, guaranteed rest because there are no noises. Very close to the metro, there are many shops under the house. Recommended also for the reasonable price.

Huge, clean room and very close to the metro. Friendly host. Area well served, many shops nearby. I would strongly suggest a small investment to improve the quality of the stay: blackout curtains on the window and new mattresses.

The structure is not new, but it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. My room was very spacious. Quiet and peaceful area and very close to Furio Camillo metro station.
