Very good location and the room was clean and well equipped. My only comment concerns the size of the room. We were two small people and had to watch out for one another when moving around the room.

The room was really clean and had a charming balcony where you could sit and drink your morning coffee. The bus stop was just a minute away. The host was really kind and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

10/10. Very good overall. The only issue, due to my personal need for my spine, is that I need a firm, flat bed; this bed was soft and dipped in the middle and had no slats. We loved everything else though.

Great place, especially for the price. It had a balcony and was right next to St. Peter's. Very clean. Good neighborhood for trying out different restaurants, but still very residential. Right next to the bus stop.

It was a nice stay. The host is very nice, helpful, and responsive. The house is very clean and the location is great. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

We had a great stay at the Fornaci Guest House. The Guest House is very close to the Vatican, about a 7 minute walk. We have been walking a lot, from the Guest House to the Colosseum is a little less than an hour. The guest house does not supply a real breakfast, but there is a coffee corner in the hall, with muffins and cookies, on the room is a small basket with packaged croissants, so you don’t have to go outside with an empty stomach. The room and bathroom are very neat and clean, we did not see the host very much, but she took very good care of us.

The location is good, but the service was unfortunately not satisfactory. At the requested and confirmed check-in time no one was on site. Calls were initially not answered, which did not leave a good impression. The room itself is nice; however, the neighbors were very noisy even in the middle of the night, so we could not sleep through a single night. The check-out was unfortunately also unclear. Based on our experience, we would not book this accommodation again, although it was very reasonably priced.
