A comfortable room with a carefully crafted and poetic decor, along with the very warm and attentive welcome from Lisa, the owner of the place, allowed us to spend a few peaceful days in the heart of Rome, just 3 minutes from St. Peter's Square.

The stay was pleasant, the room was comfortable and spacious, the bathroom was small but well-equipped. The owner is very kind and friendly. The location is very convenient for the Vatican area and, with a nice walk, you can reach the nearby Trastevere.

Every time I go to Rome I try to stay at Lisa's for her impeccable hospitality, her generosity, and the convenience of the Fiori e Semi B&B, just steps from the Vatican, with all the urban services very close by. Highly recommended!

We chose to spend two days in Rome to take a break from everything and that's exactly what happened. The sweetness and availability of Mrs. Lisa have remained in our hearts. The apartment, so characteristic, perfectly reflects her creativity, we really regenerated and at the same time felt at home, something very important with two-year-old twins.

I stayed with my family at this Fiori e Semi B&B for a weekend and I really enjoyed it. The rooms are cozy, clean with private bathroom and equipped with all comforts (wifi, heating and air conditioning). The breakfast is very abundant and tasty, all thanks to the healthy cakes prepared by Mrs. Lisa. The homeowner, Mrs. Lisa, is a very helpful, nice and sweet person, in fact we felt like we were at our own home. The Fiori e Semi B&B, located a few hundred meters from Piazza San Pietro, is ideal for visiting Rome on foot or by public transportation. I highly recommend this Fiori e Semi B&B, in fact if we were to return to Rome in the future, we will definitely stay here. A warm greeting to Mrs. Lisa from Michele, Francesca, Nicola and Annalisa.

I had the need to stay in Rome with my family for the hospitalization of my son at Fiori e Semi B&B. I chose this structure by reading the reviews and with instinct. Very successful choice. The structure is welcoming, very clean. Impeccable. Excellent location (it is 200 meters from St. Peter's and 400 meters from the hospital), the rooms are warm, the breakfast is excellent. The difference is made by Mrs. Lisa, a very sensitive and intelligent person, who welcomed us with the warmth of someone who wants to make you feel at home. Congratulations.

It was a real pleasure to stay in a place like Fiori e Semi B&B, curated with taste in every detail, magnificent plants on the balconies, excellent breakfast and especially Mrs. Lisa who welcomes you and pampers you, making you feel at home. Then, stepping out, in less than 2 minutes on foot you find yourself in St. Peter's Square! Exceptional, highly recommended.

Dear Lisa, it was 'Mystical' to come there to you! An honor and a privilege to open up great horizons in small moments, drinking tea and savoring your wonderful cakes. You 'lightened up' a Day Hospital at Bambino Gesù, you didn't let us miss the magic of Christmas, and even though Santa Claus arrives today with the 'drone', we took a leap back in time and Santa Claus came from the balcony! We needed to stay and spend the night in Rome, having searched for a B&B near the pediatric hospital Bambino Gesù, what can I say, we hit the nail on the head with the choice, clean and well-kept rooms with a heated bathroom, the landlady, Mrs. Lisa, is an exquisite and helpful person making you feel at home.

Quiet place with an excellent location just 5 minutes from St. Peter's and with the bus stop 64 very close. We were welcomed lovingly and attentively. The room was very welcoming and clean, excellent breakfast and also excellent cakes made by the lady. What can I say, all positive, definitely worth going back.
