Beautiful place to rest a few days visiting the area, spacious and very clean apartment, nice pool. The managers, Silvia first and foremost, know how to make you feel comfortable even with just a few gestures, the visit to the cellar is a moment not to be missed absolutely and not only for the excellent wine. What can I say... thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I came for study purposes to Fattoria Capobianco in Montefiascone and I had a great time at the property. Immersed in greenery, unfortunately, the time available to me was short, but I will definitely return. I brought my cat with me and she was very happy. I highly recommend it for those who want to relax surrounded by greenery. Moreover, their products are delicious.

A magical place, a relaxing and pleasant stay, very kind people, a clean structure cared for in every detail, excellent location to visit the entire Tuscia, excellent products from the garden. Mrs. Silvia was an excellent host and delighted us with her friendliness. The breakfast, served in an open patio, was excellent with exquisite cakes prepared by her. And not to be overlooked, Mr. Domenico took us to his cellar dug into the tuff where, enjoying a cool temperature, even at 9 in the morning, we tasted his wines which we then also purchased to enjoy them more abundantly upon arrival at our holiday destination. We will return if passing through Montefiascone.

Fattoria Capobianco was a truly beautiful discovery. The place is welcoming, surrounded by nature, and reflects ancient traditions and flavors. The atmosphere is simple, spontaneous, and Michele and Silvia are really kind, generous with the guests. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Fattoria Capobianco for a week, excellent hospitality, great location, and beautiful farmhouse, which with Silvia and her family took us back in time rediscovering the good things produced by their land. Excellent their wine Est Est Est, the oil. In short, a dream for us nature lovers! Thank you.

My family and I stayed at Fattoria Capobianco during Easter this year. We had a great time: spacious and clean rooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom equipped with everything needed, splendid view over Montefiascone, large garden available. Quiet area, but convenient to reach all the beautiful locations in the area (Montefiascone, Civita di Bagnoregio, Bolsena and the lake, Bomarzo, Viterbo, Pitigliano, ...). Excellent value for money. However, what we appreciated the most were the owners and managers of the property: welcoming, generous, and always present without being intrusive. They were available to advise us and 'tell us about' their home and their territory with passion. Our children (7 and 9 years old), big nature and animal lovers, when we were not out and about, were practically always running around in the garden and in the nearby vegetable garden/chicken coop among rabbits, geese, and chickens, under the watchful eye of Mr. Domenico whom we thank for the patience and care he showed to them and to us! A big thank you for the hospitality also goes to Silvia and Michele, and to Mrs. Rosella who delighted us with typical local sweets! In conclusion, a place definitely recommended for lovers of peaceful stays and where we will return with great pleasure!
