Nice and very clean room, as well as the bathroom. Towels and sheets were changed regularly. In the room, there is a small fridge, a coffee machine, a fast internet connection. The place is near the city centre and near the big train station Tiburtina. A metro station is just outside the building (10 mins to Colosseum).

Amazing apartment in a perfect location (metro in front of the door (3 stops to the main station!!), many restaurants, bars, breakfast places, etc., around). The interior is beautiful, and we felt at home. The host was a very friendly lady who made us feel welcome and at home. See you next time in Rome!

Eva is a kind and diligent host, who offers to provide information about the area. The B&B Elion is old but very well-maintained and clean. The bathroom has been renovated and has all the amenities. I will definitely return if I have to go back to Rome.

I had a great time! Eva is a wonderful host and is always kind and helpful: she welcomes you with her cute poodle who gives you a lot of affection! My room was very cozy and clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. In each room there is a kettle with a wide choice of tea or herbal teas, excellent especially when the evening cold arrives. The coffee machine with pods, for a sweet awakening. Furthermore, there is Wi-Fi, the TV and the bathroom is comfortable: in the shower, she provides shower gel, shampoo and conditioner for hair! This is not done by anyone based on my experience. There is a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, then Piazza Bologna is full of life and venues if you want to have fun and spend a pleasant evening with good food and good company. Highly recommended!

B&B Elion very well-kept and comfortable. Just a step away from the metro that takes you to the heart of Rome in 10 minutes. It is located in a university area near Tiburtina station, where you can find many nice places open until late. Kind and friendly host, gave us excellent tips on places to visit. Clean room equipped with a mini-fridge and coffee machine. All great! I will definitely consider this B&B for my next stay in Rome.

The host, Mr. Stefano, was simply fantastic and caring. The B&B Elion seems a bit old, but easily accessible. Probably an additional bathroom would have been the best. However, it is worth recommending.

The lady who manages the property is kind and helpful. The room is cozy, comfortable, and bright, even with a balcony and a nice view of the trees in Piazza Bologna (so there is some noise which, frankly, did not bother me - and if needed you can just close the window!). The fact that the (private) bathroom is external was not a problem for me, as it is right in front of the room. In the room, there is a kettle for hot water (with a wide selection of tea) and you can also make coffee with the machine in the living room. Nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness.
