The accommodations were exactly like advertised. They were close to the train station and great directions were given by provider. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Really appreciated the water, fresh fruit and wine. We arrived at 1 pm and everything was ready and we were able to check in and get settled. I would stay here again!

The hosts, Enrico and Alexandria, were very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage before and after check-in. The room was cleaned every morning and the host was always there to make sure we were not inconvenienced. There was a fridge in the room and the common area was stocked with free water, drinks, and fruit every day. It was close to Termini Station and there were many restaurants around so it felt safe to walk around at night.

This is a fantastic place to stay if you want to explore Rome on foot with ease. A great location just a 10 minute walk from Termini Station with lots of great cafes and restaurants locally too. Enrico is a delightful host - welcoming and kind and very helpful. The space was immaculately clean with plenty of amenities, fresh towels and sheets and lovely touches given with fresh fruit, water and Coca-Cola available. There was even a bottle of wine left out but we weren't sure how that worked. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The shower door was a bit problematic. Apart from that, the apartment was perfect: spacious, clean, quiet and very close to the central station.

The location was very good, close to the Termini station and center. The room is part of an apartment with three rooms each with separate bathroom. The apartment was very clean. The host was very kind and helpful. He left us free water, coca cola, wine and fruits. There are comfortable beds for family with two teenagers. I would recommend a shelf in the shower cabin. It would be good if there are tea pot and coffee machine in the apartment.

What an amazing find. The apartment was clean and well presented. Emilio was brilliant, and thank you for the fruit and beverages you supplied us. It really is a lovely flat in a great location, and so many restaurants nearby to taste the Rome cuisine. Have highly recommended this apartment to all our fellow travellers who were in Rome for the Wales vs Italy game (let's not discuss the outcome of that!) and we will certainly return. The accommodation provides free non-alcoholic drinks and packaged snacks, fruits in the lobby.\n\nThe rooms themselves are exceptionally clean. The interior and washrooms are very modern, meanwhile the building itself is quaint and charismatic, with one of those vintage, wooden, self-service elevators (a must to experience in Rome!).\n\nThe location is very walkable and feels safe (as much as a large city may feel). The Central Market and Termini are a five-minute walk away, and the Colosseum is reachable by foot at a leisurely pace in under an hour. In four days of our stay, we only took the metro to the Vatican.\n\nHighly recommend and thank you Enrico!

I have stayed for 1 night and must say it is highly recommended. Location: 2 minutes from Termini station and 20 from downtown. The room was very comfortable. Enough space, comfortable mattress, a little fridge and a very good bathroom. Regarding the cleaning, exceptional. You can enjoy beverages and fruits for free. I highly recommend this b&b.

The place was super clean, and the owner, Enrico, was very friendly and supportive. The only bed and breakfast that filled the fridge with water, soda, and fruits! The location is within walking distance from the train station.

Enrico is an absolutely lovely host and he really cares about his guests and their experience at the guesthouse. The only issue that I saw was that our shower leaked onto the floor due to a faulty door seal. Other than that minor issue, the guest house was lovely and well worth the stay. Enrico was the best host I've ever met. Me and my partner stayed for two nights. He offered fruit and water for free as much as we wanted. The place was extremely clean and pretty. There's an elevator so it's convenient for heavy luggages. Enrico is very passionate about hosting people. He will help you with anything you may need and is always available. He also gave us a very safe and efficient way of touring the city based on the limited time we had. Wonderful experience, highly recommended. Wish all hosts could be like him!!!

Very nice property with an awesome host. Very near to Roma Termini.

A lovely oasis nearby the central train station but away from the chaos. The room and attached bath were clean and well appointed. Wine, soft drinks, and water were provided free of charge along with a lovely assortment of fresh fruit. No coffee maker or kettle available unless you ask whereupon a kettle was readily provided. The street has an international assortment of restaurants of which we tried were excellent. Enrico is a lovely host who wants to ensure your comfort and happiness.

The owner Enrico is a nice person, he helps us with all the attractions of the city (what to visit, how to get there, lots of suggestions). The place is very quiet and clean, very close to the train station (Termini). Enrico helps us with our luggage to leave it at Tabacco's shop until 5:00 PM because we have a plane at 8:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. It's a good choice for everyone.

Sadly, we booked our stay for only one night prior to catching an early flight. I wish we could have stayed longer! The property was large, clean, well-kept, and in an ideal location for us. The true standout was Enrico himself, he gave the warmest possible welcome in his shop, offering recommendations, spots on a map, even access to his printer or umbrella should we need them! In the guest house he offered bottled waters, sodas, fruit and wine, all complimentary for his guests. The room itself was beautiful, with decorations and amenities for the bathroom etc. Most main attractions in Rome were a bit of a far walk, for our purposes this was not a problem! We liked being in more of a local area, with more authentic options for restaurants and shopping. The price was amazing for the value. Enrico, you were a truly one of a kind host.

Honestly, I had a great stay thanks to Enrico! The quality/price ratio is very good and the air conditioning worked very well (super important during the summer). He was very nice, the location is great because it is right next to Roma Termini station, there are fruits, bottles of water and Cola available... Would do it again!

I always go very willingly to the Easyrome Guest House because it is very welcoming; moreover, the location is excellent, the spacious rooms are tastefully and elegantly furnished, and the bathrooms are very modern and newly built. The cleanliness is always thorough. As soon as you enter the common area, there is free fruit, water, and drinks available. The owner is very kind and always helpful. I have booked several times now and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in this accommodation from May 21 to May 23. Everything was perfect. The room was very nice and clean. It is just a stone's throw from the Termini station in Rome and well connected to the city center. Enrico is really a kind and caring person. He explained all the routes to visit Rome and recommended some trattorias for dinner. Really excellent. I definitely recommend it.

I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. Very friendly and helpful staff, quiet and comfortable room with public transport. I had doubts for the evening, but I went out calmly. Everything was quiet. It will definitely remain a good reference point for Rome.

A wonderful b&b, clean, well located, and a very kind and helpful manager. Breakfast is not provided, but there was an assortment of fruit available and included in the price, so there was no need for breakfast. I recommend it to everyone, in fact, in July when I return to Rome, it will be my b&b.

I went there for the first time in 2017 when the premises had just been completed. This year I returned and found everything identical, well maintained, clean, and welcoming. We stayed there for 3 nights. Bed linens and towels were changed every morning. In the fridge, there were 2 Coca-Colas and 2 bottles of water included in the price. Just like the buffet of drinks, fruit, and dried fruit in the lobby. Very convenient location, 5 minutes walk from Termini station. Very kind owner. Highly recommended for excellent value for money.

The structure is located near the station, making the stay much simpler and more comfortable. Everything was clean and fragrant, and all items such as towels, hairdryer, pillow, etc. were available.

The place is located in a central and strategically logistical area. The rooms are very clean, with all the comforts. The owner provides everything included, fruit, drinks, candies, etc. The room is very pleasant and is presented with elegance (flowers and petals on the bed and candies also on the sink faucet in the bathroom). We stayed from October 5, 2024, to October 7, 2024. The property is brand new and the cleanliness is excellent. It is close to Termini station, so it is great for those who want to explore Rome. The owner Enrico is a reliable and helpful person. Definitely worth returning.

Everything is wonderful, the room is very clean, the owners are kind and make you feel at home. The only downside is that it is very close to Termini and being two girls we were a little afraid to return in the evening. Everything else is perfect, we will return. Even though there is no breakfast, the manager of the Easy Rome Guest House, Enrico, provided us with a good amount of seasonal fruit during the day.

Very kind and helpful managers. Very quiet structure and room. Always fresh fruit, water, and drinks available. Very accurate cleaning and especially daily even though there remains a slight unpleasant smell of sodium hypochlorite and the shower drain does not have optimal drainage (perhaps it needs a unblocking intervention). The area is certainly not among the best as it is in the vicinity of Termini Station but we have not noticed any obvious dangers and it is in any case guarded by law enforcement and clearly well served by public transport for various trips to and from places of interest.

Small structure, but very well maintained. The manager, Mr. Enrico, is very helpful and generous with directions and information. In fact, thanks to his suggestion, we ate well without being "ripped off." Structure to be recommended for its proximity to public transport.

Often during the year I am forced to stay in Rome for work reasons, a city where I was born and lived until 5 years ago. It is the third time I have stayed at Easy Rome Guest House, and I must say that the managers Enrico and Alessandra, a young, friendly and polite couple, never cease to amaze me for the attention they use in details. This leads me to confirm a previous review of mine on another site, but which I also want to emphasize on yours, as this structure deserves to be valued. When you cross the entrance door, the cleanliness strikes a lot (not so obvious in other structures I have visited), the spartan order, and the good taste in the furnishings. All this is accompanied by a very delicate scent that also penetrates the corridor leading to the three rooms. For this overnight stay, I was assigned for the second time the room called 'Terra', a large room (perfect for a couple who also wants to spend 15 days in the capital), very clean, quiet, very comfortable double bed, spacious wardrobe with a safe inside, TV, internet, refrigerator, very spacious shower bathroom, bidet, towel warmer, and accessories. The heating is centralized, but in addition, if the heat is not satisfactory, you can also use the wall air conditioner that can deliver hot or cold air (for the summer period). Also excellent is the idea of finding small bottles of water, various drinks, and fresh fruit on a counter in the corridor available to customers. Another very important detail is the first aid kit (and this time it was useful to me as I had some minor problems), accessible to everyone, containing the necessary items for first aid. The only flaw, which I also mentioned last time, is the lack of a shelf in the shower to place shampoo and shower gel. What can I say, given my very positive third experience, and therefore not random, I feel strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Rome. Thank you guys.

Everything perfect. The check-in was done at the owner's tobacco shop, just a few steps from Easy Rome Guest House, where his wife welcomed us and escorted us. Here we met Enrico who made the room clean and perfect for us, he showed us the city map helping us with itineraries and recommended places to eat. Both very cheerful and helpful. Thank you for everything. 24-hour availability of fruit and water bottles. Impeccable service. We will definitely come back.

Perfect cleanliness, efficiency, and exquisite kindness.

We stayed for two nights at Easy Rome Guest House near Termini station. The room is cozy and has everything you need and more for your stay. The room overlooked the condominium light well, so it was quiet but a bit dark. We really appreciated the daily cleaning of the room and the availability of water, Coca Cola, and fruit, but above all the great cordiality and welcome of the host. A host like few others.

It is a truly welcoming, clean and well-equipped structure, the location is very central, with a pleasant walk you can reach the main places of interest (Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, Via del Corso). I recommend it to all those who wish to stay in Rome, this small location makes visiting this beautiful city even more enjoyable.
