Hello. We are a Japanese couple, Yuta and Yunna. Do you remember us? We stayed at your hotel unexpectedly because our flight was delayed. We were desperately looking for a clean and affordable place to stay and we are so grateful that we found your hotel. We had such a wonderful experience there. First of all, the receptionist who welcomed us was incredibly kind. We were so happy to hear that you are studying Japanese and were amazed at how well you spoke it. Thank you for recommending a restaurant near the hotel: it was absolutely delicious and became the perfect dinner on our last night in Rome. The next morning we met two other staff members. They were also very kind and made our stay even more enjoyable. Since we had booked the shuttle bus, they kindly let us wait in the lobby until it arrived. The gentleman shared many funny stories with us, which made us laugh, and the lady kindly offered us complimentary coffee. Everyone at the hotel made us feel so welcome. Your warmth and kindness truly touched our hearts. Our room was spotless and the shower had great water pressure. Everything was comfortable and we would love to stay here again. Thank you so much for giving us such wonderful memories. We love your hotel and hope to see you again someday. With love from Japan, Yuta and Yunna.

What a pleasant surprise this place was. Like a secret little hideaway, you enter through a very inconspicuous door into an ancient entrance that leads upstairs to the cutest little B&B I’ve ever stayed at. The self check-in was simple, and we were able to find our room with zero issue. Our room was spotlessly clean and absolutely gorgeous. If you have read any negative reviews about the place needing repairs, please remember that the building is from the early 1800s. They have done an incredible job modernizing the reception and eating area and renovating the rooms. There are beautiful windows with light-blocking exterior shades, as well as air-conditioning. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our luggage as well as a mini fridge and a desk area. The building is on a main road, so you will hear a little bit of traffic noise. Simply, if you don’t like outside noise, don’t book here. Do your research as to where the property is located before you stay here and then complain. This is a bed-and-breakfast, so you are going to hear the staff making breakfast in the morning, which was wonderful, and moving around outside your door. None of this was an issue for us and I would absolutely stay here again. I do need to add that based on previous reviews of the poor breakfast in the café down the street, this is no longer the case, and the staff prepares a breakfast right inside their facility. There was a decent selection and everything was lovely. If you are looking for a place to sleep before you head to the airport or even a place to stay for a few days while you explore, this is absolutely perfect.

Noemi is a star.

Pro: The property is relatively close to the airport; however, given the one-way roads (not the property's fault) and general traffic, it still took about 15-20 minutes to and from the airport. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff communicated well. Con: There is mold growing in the shower above the showerhead. The walls are thin and the windows do little to block street traffic noise. The TV box has a bright green light that we had to cover with a double-folded towel to prevent the room from being bathed in a Matrix-like light.

This was a great place near the airport. They even arranged a taxi for me to the airport in the morning. Highly recommended.

Very good service.

I was given the economy room located right on the main road, not at all like the specific room I booked on your site. The room was very noisy and the reception was very unhelpful. When I asked for public transport options to the airport she told me only a taxi was available for 35 euros; however I found a bus for 1.5 euros.

All good.

1) Self check-in via a key box. The key box was not working properly;it took me 15 minutes to get the key and I had to video-call the host. 2) The room was clean but extremely basic. There was not even a cup to hold a toothbrush in the bathroom. 3) It was impossible to separate the rubbish. I found it outrageous. There was only one bin for plastic, paper, organic waste, etc. 4) The breakfast was negligible. It was served at a nearby coffee house. Only coffee/cappuccino and a croissant were available. As I have a gluten intolerance,there was absolutely nothing for me to eat. Not even a piece of fruit or a yogurt.

Doesn't worth for the price. Didn't have the facility to prepare a tea or coffee in the room.

The property itself was excellent. Nicely appointed and convenient, I would say good value. The host was also excellent. However, I would take issue with the characterization of breakfast which is noted as “abundant breakfast” in the promotional material. I do not consider 1 coffee and 1 croissant in any way “abundant”.

Great location. Exactly as advertised.

The location was terrific as there is a supermarket just across the street. It was fantastic that there was a shuttle to the airport and it was punctual and extremely reasonably priced. The young woman who checked me in was phenomenal. She was extremely helpful, patient, and even assisted with my luggage since there is no elevator. The breakfast/cappuccino? is at a bar close by that opens at 7-so if you have an early flight it is not available. If you need a place close to the airport this is a terrific option!

I really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very friendly and always available to help us. We enjoyed our room a lot and it was very comfortable and clean.

I requested and was given a riverside room where I could watch the fishing boats. It was a very comfortable and clean room, and the host was warm and welcoming. The walking opportunities from the location were fantastic, and included many enjoyable dining options at multiple price points. It was a very welcome refuge after and again before my travel days to and from Rome, an oasis of genuine Italian life and friendly people. I did recommend it to a fellow traveler and will definitely stay again if I come through Rome again.

This is not a full hotel. It is located within a building. It smells weird including in the lobby itself. The room was okay, very small and cramped. It has what you need if you are just going to the airport the next day. I am not a huge fan of it.

The room was clean and comfortable. Really close to the airport. The receptionist was so lovely. Was a good place to stay for a layover between flights.

There was a notable gap between the way this B&B was described and the place in reality, which is located in a rural building in a rural neighborhood. As a woman, I would be worried to walk there alone at night. I want to add that the lady at the reception was very nice and helpful.

Property met the expectation.

The room was lovely, comfortable, and very clean. The staff was very nice and friendly, and the shuttle service to the airport was very efficient. The only downside is the breakfast at a local bar, coffee and pastries, and the staff being aloof.

Perfect for a day and night before flying out of Fiumicino. Shuttle available. Steps up, no lift to the first floor, i.e., the Rooms. Beautiful canal with fishing boats and walkway, and excellent seafood restaurants line the canal. No tea or coffee available on site though.

Well located close to the airport and with good access to Ostia Antica. Exceptional staff. Very clean and spacious. Voucher provided for breakfast at a nearby cafe/bakery. Good communication from the guesthouse. Would stay again.

The room was very clean and nice. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Nice local restaurant. Stairs to climb with luggage upon arrival, not suitable for those with mobility issues. It is located on a busy road. My main issue is that I paid a lot more for the same room compared to a friend who had booked a week earlier. It's fine for 50 euros, not worth it for the 90 euros that I paid. We had to leave early so couldn't rate the breakfast.

The location of this property is excellent since it is close to the airport, and there are many restaurants and cafes in the area. Please remember that there are no tea/coffee making facilities, the wifi is poor, and it only accepts one device. Reception is open only a few hours a day. Otherwise, it was good for our needs.

This was a great place to stay for a night outside Fiumicino. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. There were lots of delicious restaurants nearby. Only gave a 9 for breakfast as you had to leave the property to get it at restaurant and it was well worth the walk to do so. Shuttle was easy to take to the airport in the morning.

This was a delightful stay in a brilliant and cheerful spot on the river. A perfect stopover!

One of the most comfortable sleeps I have ever had.

This location is not far from the airport and very close to several restaurants, the pier, and walking distance from the beach. It was very clean and quaint. Not staffed 24 hours but they are very responsive on WhatsApp, so if you need constant attention this may not be a good fit for you. Claudia checked me in, booked my shuttle to the airport and gave me a great recommendation for dinner. Breakfast is not served at this location but a voucher is given to a cafe less than a 5-minute walk away for a pastry and espresso.

The room was clean and everything was in order.

We stayed for one night to be close to the airport at night because our flight was leaving at 3. Everything went very well and the Uber cost 17 euros from the accommodation and was 5 meters away. It exceeded our expectations. Great right at the door, a plus point.

Very good attention from the managers and reception, they offer transfers to and from the airport. The room is very tidy and clean, the bathroom is comfortable (missing shampoo and conditioner), very good price/quality, ideal for waiting for long layover flights. Recommended.

The room requires some routine maintenance work, especially for the bathroom and the bed's headboard.

Terrible breakfast. The croissants tasted like cardboard. I asked for juice instead of a cappuccino and had to pay an extra two euros.

Excellent value for money and friendly staff.

We found hair in the shower and in the bidet. The mattress or bed base is old and the bed has a sag. In the bathroom the flush button is broken and water keeps running in the toilet. The shutters of both windows are broken and will not lower. The blackout curtains are fixed to the sides, so light inevitably enters from early in the morning. The worst thing is a cyclical noise similar to a washing machine spin cycle until midnight, which resumed at 5:40 a.m. right behind the headboard. Honestly, it is of little value because it is not well cared for. We slept little and poorly. Breakfast is outside at an adjacent bar.

We arrived on Friday evening and left at four in the morning on Saturday. We only used it to sleep a few hours while waiting for our flight. Welcoming and clean space. Comfortable bed. We could not have breakfast because of our departure at four in the morning.

The property is a bit dated and would need maintenance. Breakfast at the bar is too basic.

Everything was perfect, the hosts were impeccable. Everything exactly as in the photos and as I expected.

Everyone is very kind, but there are several things to fix. For example, our room smelled a bit of mold, the heat pump did not work, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. Also, when turning on the taps the water sprayed everywhere and the water smelled really bad. The breakfast is questionable: it is served in a partnered café a few meters away, which in itself is not a problem, but it is very limited (coffee and a croissant) and when we went almost everything was gone. It is a pity because with a few improvements the property deserves it. Consider €50 round trip from the airport for 3 people, €60 if you are 4.

Poor hygienic and sanitary conditions. Disgraceful place. Misleading advertising. The photos on the website do not in any way reflect the dilapidated condition of the property.

The property is in an excellent location, the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. Notes for improvement: the sink in the bathroom, at least in my room, was hardly usable and awkward. Breakfast is the real Achilles' heel: meager, scarce and of poor quality. My daughter was served only milk with cocoa powder on top, not even a hot chocolate or other alternatives. When you enter the bar you feel like second-rate customers.

Very convenient property for those who need a place to stay before or after a flight at Fiumicino. Excellent shuttle service, punctual and well organized. I cannot rate the breakfast, as I left very early and did not use it.

Everything is perfect.

Nice place, clean, friendly and helpful staff, the only downside is breakfast at a nearby bar with a drink and a croissant. Overall, however, a positive judgment.

Optimal location. Breakfast needs improvement.

The room was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was to be taken at a partner bar, but I did not have it because the bar opened at 7:00 AM and I had to be at the airport.

The structure is very close to Fiumicino Airport, friendliness and kindness are excellent.

The structure is located in the center of Fiumicino, near restaurants and the bar where breakfast is served. It is very convenient for taking the plane early in the morning. The girl at the reception is kind and helpful. Apart from the entrance which does not give a good impression, the room is clean, fragrant, and the bathroom is large.

Nice room, good cleanliness, but sleep was disturbed by the noise of the water pump that activates every time a guest uses water in the other rooms. Until 23:30 and already from 4 in the morning, for the record.

Perfect for being close to Fiumicino Airport. In 10 minutes by car you are there. Everything perfect, from the reception to the room. No hiccups and spacious, clean room. The only flaw was not being able to have breakfast before 7, even though it was included. Recommended. Thank you!

Kind welcome. Very informative and I would come back.

From the room, there are unbearable background noises, perhaps from an elevator engine. It is practically impossible to sleep at night. Furthermore, the owners, despite having contacted them both the same evening and the next day, were gone. They are dishonest in prices. The cost of the room was €57 to be paid with a credit card + €1.5 tourist tax per person, to be paid on site. Instead, they allowed themselves to take €60 from the credit card payment + €3 in cash on the day I arrived at the property. So, a total of €63, and not €57+€3 (tourist tax). Terrible breakfast. The bar it is affiliated with is very dirty, has rude and inattentive staff. I civilly advise against this b&b.

La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo ma mi è stato negata, almeno di un extra, per aver chiesto un caffè e un pasticciotto secco. Ci sono rimasto male e ho rinunciato alla colazione. Il gestore dovrebbe specificare il costo della colazione. Un caffè costa meno di un cappuccino, e forse una pasta secca costa di più di un cornetto? Di cosa stiamo parlando? Perdere la faccia per 10/30 centesimi non mi sembra una bella cosa. A voi il giudizio. La struttura, vista dall'esterno, sembra una catapecchia, ma all'interno è accogliente. Tuttavia, è piena di barriere architettoniche e non è adatta per persone con disabilità.

Convenient to reach Fiumicino airport, either with a shuttle service (€5 per person) or with bus line no. 8 (tickets can be purchased on board for €1.50). Breakfast is offered at a nearby bar and consists of a pastry and a coffee or other beverage.

A good Bed and Breakfast in the center of Fiumicino and close to the airport, very convenient the shuttle service at a fair price.

The entrance of the property is an old musty hallway, the refrigerator in the room is broken, the TV wouldn't turn on, and for most of the day there is no staff. When someone in any room turns on a faucet, there is a loud noise of a water pump.

Small room but absolutely suitable for an overnight stay before a flight. Also due to the proximity to the airport, and for the good quality of the structure, it is more advisable!

B&B excellent, welcoming, and very pleasant. Kind staff, excellent WiFi and TV. The heating is good, and the parking is very close to the B&B.

We are close to the airport, so one might assume that you could leave the property early in the morning. In this case, breakfast includes a fruit juice and a packaged tart. I just think the property should also sell the room with the 'no breakfast' option.

Truly beautiful. Just like in the pictures. Carefully designed, sophisticated and refined decor. Both the bathroom and the room are clean and equipped with every comfort. Qualified, attentive and helpful staff. The breakfast, both sweet and savory, meets every need. We stopped by on our way to the hospital and it was honestly a pleasant break, almost like stopping to sleep at home. Excellent location. Easy to find. We will definitely be back in 3 months for the hospital check-up!
