Great location, spacious and clean rooms. There was a problem with the boiler and thus with the hot water supply due to a strong storm, but the manager immediately contacted the plumber and resolved the issue.

Located on the first floor of a building in a very quiet and silent area, very convenient because it is a stone's throw from Via Gregorio VII where there are several bus stops, and 10 minutes on foot from St. Peter's Square. Our room was very spacious, it had two areas, one with a double bed and a single bed chair and one with a double sofa bed. There was an area with a table and two benches and a huge terrace equipped with seating and tables. It has enormous potential. If I may suggest, I only recommend more care in cleaning, fixing/repainting the walls (you surely had problems with the air conditioning), more care for the terrace and spending a little money on new furnishings. The owner is very nice and helpful. I will definitely return and suggest it to those who will stay in Rome.

I stayed at this property with my family for New Year's Eve, Cinzia was super punctual, very kind and friendly, she welcomed us and made us feel immediately comfortable. The location is very strategic, a 5-minute drive and you reach the Vatican (practically city center), I cannot comment on how it is located with public transportation because we traveled by car. The only downside, so to speak, is that due to the pandemic they no longer offer breakfast… nothing else to say. Highly recommended.
