Stefano was a fantastic host, and very helpful after a few things went wrong for our family during the trip. The apartment was impeccably clean, the breakfast food was available at any time, and the cleaner was very friendly and helped us book a taxi when we needed it. I would have no problems recommending this B&B to anyone.

Very nice host, nicely furnished room, well-equipped shared kitchen available. There is also nothing to complain about cleanliness. With line 916 you can go directly to the Colosseum, Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo are easily reachable on foot.

The accommodation is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and even though we didn't have breakfast included, there is a kitchen in the accommodation where you can prepare breakfast and juices, yogurts, tea, packaged pastries... that you can take. The metro is a bit far, but there is a bus stop two minutes away that passes by the Vatican and takes you to Castel Sant'Angelo and then in the center of Rome you can walk around the city or take any other bus to move around Rome. It is not located in a tourist area, and you have supermarkets and restaurants very close by, although the Vatican is a 20-minute walk away. By the way, the shower is great with water that comes out at a good temperature and with enough pressure, which is appreciated after being out all day walking around the city.

New structure very well served and welcoming, clean, very helpful and kind staff. They allowed us to check in a bit earlier and leave our luggage. The manager Stefano is super welcoming and professional, helpful, kind, and ready to address any of our requests. We will definitely come back.

Excellent structure.

Excellent to spend a few days in Rome, just steps from the bus stop and 1500 meters from the Vatican City. The owner of the place is a really kind and helpful person.

Kind and helpful manager. New structure with well-kept rooms and new furniture, it felt like a hotel room! Well-equipped kitchen and even with sweets prepared by the manager! Excellent indeed! Also central location! Highly recommended!

Very clean and pleasant structure to the eye, located in a decentralized area but the historic center is easily reachable by public transport. Nice and very down-to-earth manager even with us who were a bit rude during breakfast time. We will definitely return.

Great contact with the friendly owner who provided truthful information. Flexible on reception hours. Very thorough cleaning. Recent and pleasant furnishings. Small fridge in the room. Fridge with freezer, microwave oven, coffee pod machine available in the common area for guests. Vatican City area reachable in about 15/20 minutes on foot. Public transport within short distance. Convenient and free parking (public ground).

Excellent location just a stone's throw from the Vatican, quiet and well-served area, spacious, clean rooms equipped with all comforts, extraordinary owners, kind, polite, and always available for everything. Thank you for hosting us, we felt at home.

We really enjoyed ourselves and felt at home. The location is exceptional, just minutes from the Vatican and other typical monuments of Rome. There are bars, supermarkets, metro, sushi restaurant, and several other shops all just a few meters from the bed and breakfast. Beautiful experience!

Spacious, comfortable and clean room with a good breakfast served in the room. Very helpful managers. Convenient location especially if traveling by car, with the possibility of parking in a garage near the Dreams of Rome structure at fair prices.

Very lovely structure and in a great location, just a stone's throw from the Vatican. The managers are very kind and friendly people, always available and always with a smile. The only downside is the poor privacy due to the drywall walls, you can hear every word spoken in the room all the way to the lobby and vice versa. Impeccable cleanliness, and the room is well stocked with coffee, tea, and herbal teas, including an electric kettle. The shared kitchen is very convenient, equipped with a coffee machine, cutlery, and ceramics. Very quiet area, both at night and during the day. Highly recommended Guest House, you feel at home (just speak quietly otherwise everything can be heard).
