Every morning you can enjoy a fantastic buffet breakfast – Italian style – in the common area. We had a great stay while in Rome at Damiani & Sister. The location was convenient to access the bus and metro system. And it was located just outside of the city centre in a nice quiet and safe spot. Easily accessible to the airport and termini station. Highly recommend staying here.

The B&B is nice and clean and Eleonora is lovely, very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast consists of ready-made sugary supermarket baked goods so we did not consume it. The downside of the place is the extremely noisy water system (every time you open the tap or flush the loo) that makes sleeping very difficult if you have inconsiderate fellow occupants who think nothing of having long showers at midnight then again at 5:30 am.

Grazie di essere stati da noi. E’ un affittacamere che da la colazione un servizio aggiuntivo essendo non contemplata per gli affittacamere. Secondo le nostre leggi italiane e regionali possiamo dare solo prodotti imbustati e qualche prodotto fresco da forno in quanto bisogna avere una licenza somministrazione cibi che solo gli hotel possono avere. Non essendo servita non si può pretendere cibo fresco. E’ una casa adattata e purtroppo il sistema idrico nei bagni non può essere come quello di casa propria. Si cerca di fare il meglio ma la casa non nasce come hotel. Grazie comunque di essere venuti.

We stayed at the guesthouse for 2 nights and it was really pleasant. We were allowed to arrive in the guesthouse in the morning the first day to check in to the room. Also on the last day, we could leave our luggage at the guesthouse until it was time to go to the airport. Both services were much appreciated. We got a warm welcome when we arrived and everything was explained properly. The room was nice and tidy and all the amenities are there. Especially, the air conditioning was really nice with these warm temperatures. Thank you very much and keep up the good work.

We stayed at the apartment for two nights and were very pleased with the service provided by Eleonora and Luca. They picked us up at the Termini rail station and when we were leaving Luca took us to the airport for additional fees. The apartment is clean and quiet, with a balcony that was very peaceful. Eleonora made a special journey to bring us boarding passes for the airport. The nearest Metro station is less than 10 minutes away. We would certainly stay there again.

In general, good, close to the Tuscolana station if you come from the airport and about 30 minutes from the center by bus 85 although sometimes it takes a while to come. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was complete. We had a problem with the toilet the first night. The toilet has a grinder and got clogged with just one normal use and the black water from the clog rose up to the shower as it must be connected to the toilet, very unpleasant. They quickly changed our room. The only drawback I point out about the accommodation is the toilets, in our case it got clogged with just one use, it has a grinder and must not be very powerful or something, I don't know, also there are odors.

Salve chiediamo scusa ancora per l’inconveniente che però è stato immediatamente risolto. Come ha detto lei purtroppo può succedere ovunque. Un pezzo di plastica aveva bloccato le lame creando il disagio. Purtroppo una casa che viene riadattata a guest house non può avere le stesse caratteristiche tecniche di un hotel che nasce e viene progettato per questo. Colui che lo ha creato a cercato di fare il meglio ma secondo normativa non era possibile fare 4 Baffin con scarico diretto e la soluzione del trituratore era l’unica. Purtroppo è così ma raramente abbiamo problemi. Ci sto molto attenta ma l’imprevisto capita e mi dispiace sia capitato a voi.

Perfect stay. Comfortable, clean, quiet accommodation. Honestly, I felt much better here than in many hotels where I have stayed around Europe and the host was uniquely kind. I will definitely return.

Eleonora is a person who puts passion into her work, very kind and welcoming, just like her structure! Excellent cleanliness, strategic position, located in a quiet area but great for visiting the city, being very close to both the metro A station and the train station. We stayed here for only one night but we felt at home. The next day we were able to enjoy a wide selection of products for breakfast, moreover we were delighted with a very good homemade donut. In short, a structure that truly deserves 5 stars and that I highly recommend! See you soon.

Great experience from all points of view. The b&b is located in a residential and quiet area, close to the metro and very well connected to the center also by bus. Clean, equipped with every comfort to enjoy the Roman stay.

I travel a lot for work, I think Damiani & Sister Guest House is the best Bed and Breakfast I have been to lately: good location quite close to the metro, structure maintained excellently, very kind and hospitable owner. A special thanks for the breakfast, which was not the usual, sad, prepackaged snack. I will gladly return if there is an opportunity.

It was a really pleasant experience. I stayed a couple of days in Rome, the facility is located near the metro stop and there are several places nearby where you can eat. The service was really excellent, the rooms are well furnished and clean. Breakfast is self-service so everyone is free to do it as they please.

We had a very good experience. Excellent reception. Air conditioning very useful! We were recommended excellent restaurants. The cleanest area is beyond the structure where there are small places for a quick dinner. Managers available 24/7 and very kind. Daily and well-done cleaning!

Simple structure, but welcoming, clean and pleasant in furnishings and details. The manager, Eleonora, is a truly kind and affable person. I would return, if I have interests in the area.
