Correct value for money! The place is clean and nice.

Thanks for the early check-in, everything was great.

I had a pleasant stay at Giana and her friend B&B. The apartment is clean, rooms are spacious and the property is 200 to 300 m from metro and bus stations. The rooms have private bathrooms and there is a common kitchen where you can eat, have breakfast, and do laundry. There are Turkish restaurants, Alice Pizza, coffee shops, grocery stores, and pharmacies nearby as well. Also very close to Vatican City. The hosts are friendly and helpful in case of need. I highly recommend Cornelius Roma Room stay.

Just the job at short notice.

Our stay was wonderful! The place is located near the metro station, the room is spacious - and there is also a full-size bathroom and kitchen. The air conditioning saved us even at +40 degrees.

Room with private bathroom in large apartment with fantastic kitchen, very nice and very clean! Near subway A and bus lines to connect with the city center, perfect, and excellent value for money. Special mention for the welcome and availability of the managers.

Our stay was excellent. The location away from the excessive noise of the center allowed us to rest comfortably every day. The view of the park from the room was a pleasure. We were able to see firsthand the daily life of Rome. The attention provided by Giovanna (the host) was top-notch. It is a recommended place to visit Rome.

The owner is super nice and the room is clean and tidy.

Very positive stay, the room was very comfortable and it was also convenient to have the kitchen available. The welcome was excellent. We will definitely return.

Maximum kindness and availability of the managers, the room was spotless, everything was perfect. The drawbacks for me were 2: - There was no single-use soap, etc., but the classic soap and shampoo dispensers that we all have at home, for me finding single-use items is part of hygiene. - The website where you book makes you think that you can choose the arrival time (and thus check-in) and that's not the case. It's not a problem, in the end most places have mandatory check-in at certain times, only that the way the website is structured is misleading! Anyway, my rating is 9/10.

Great availability of Mrs. Giovanna. We forgot the computer in the room. Giovanna was immediately available for delivery to our trusted person. Although it is not in the central area, it has an excellent location very close to the subway station.

Located inside a building, the room is comfortable and clean. Not centrally located but convenient because close to the metro stop. Kind and helpful staff. Only criticism is the very neglected terrace.

I had a good experience. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and clean, located on the third floor of a modern building with an elevator. Good privacy. The girl who welcomed me handed me the keys and I could manage on my own. The location is really convenient. Overall, I am more than satisfied. The only thing I would like to point out is the somewhat high tourist tax, 5 euros per person per day, which is added to another 5 euros for final cleaning. Another point is that they do not provide a kit with disposable bathroom products, but rather packages of shampoo and shower gel in family size that you can buy at the supermarket. The latter is not necessarily a negative point but should be evaluated according to personal tastes. Overall, it is a good structure. The room also had a large balcony.

Spacious room, perfect for a few days stay, excellent location close to the metro and bus terminal. Girls managing the guesthouse are kind and very helpful.

I chose this property mainly for its proximity to the Idi. I must say that I had a very good experience, the manager was kind and friendly and everything reflected what I had booked.

Good structure for the price paid, clean rooms; shame about the very neglected and dirty balcony. Not in the city center but with connections right outside, you can reach the center in 15 minutes. Staff friendly and very helpful. I will come back.

Clean, new and comfortable room. My daughter and I felt good. The location is very convenient because we had the metro a few steps away. I recommend it.

Reserved and kind staff. Clean room. We had a good time.

If possible, pay more attention to the cleanliness of the kitchen (inside the drawers and cabinets) and check if the sheets are stained.

Hospitality and immediate availability for every need. Pleasant and quiet.

The structure is really worth recommending, new and modern, with two people at the reception very helpful and polite, I thank Giovanna and Anna for making me feel at home. Clean, welcoming and with very pleasant room colors, well-furnished in a minimal style, you can see that the structure is new. Very easy to reach from the metro stop A Cornelia which is just over 50 meters away. The strong point is the proximity to the center, I got there in less than 10 minutes, and then the area is quiet in the evening and well illuminated. I had the keys to access and I was very independent. I recommend it for the cleanliness, the location, and the price, which I consider adequate given that the period has increased everything a bit. I will definitely return.
