The location can’t be beat, literally steps from Roma Termini Train Station. Lots of food options around. Very good value considering how convenient it is and the size of room. Great for those who spend the day exploring rather than being in the room. A/C, mini fridge, Smart Tv, big bathroom with bath tub. Our room was on the 2nd floor, and the internet wasn’t the fastest, but it was there. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Thank you. Tips: Two supermarkets right at Termini. Ristorante Regina nearby has very good homemade Italian food. TAM bus at Termini operates airport buses around the clock.

I had a lovely stay at the Suite Caesar Hotel. The staff were welcoming and the room had all the essentials and air conditioning.

Very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and everything was very clean. We really liked it. The only downside was the noise and the soundproofing between rooms: we could hear the TV and noise from the adjacent rooms.

We had an excellent stay for a great price, especially considering the location and overall amenities of the room. Was it a 5-star hotel? No. Was it a clean, comfortable, extremely well-located hotel with excellent value? Absolutely! And the attendants were very nice and helpful too.

Although it was noisy from the reception every time, (even late at night) because of the television and etc, it was good because of the position.

The location is very good, accessible to the metro and train station, there are loads of restaurants around, but the entrance is difficult to find. The hotel is on the third floor of the building, and you need a code to enter the building, which they provide upon check-in. It says on the website to call them for the entrance, but if you are an international traveler and have no access to a phone, it is hard to find the entrance.

The place was good for a night. It is very close to Roma Termini and the neighborhood is fine. Beds and bathroom were okay. However, the building was old and not cute at all.

Many hidden costs. Check-out is too early (at 10 am), you'll need to pay extra to leave at noon (+15) and even more to leave later in the day. \n\nBreakfast is terrible. There is one host who would not re-stock items. You need to ask and he would do it, not very happy about it. \n\nThe property is not exactly a hotel, it looks more like a hostel with private rooms. \n\nTwo good things: the location is excellent if you need to be near a train or metro station, and there are some hosts who are really doing their best to make you have a good experience.

It was a nice stay. Big room and nice breakfast. We already missed Kashmir.

Since we arrived with a small, already older dog and were looking for a pet-friendly hotel, this point was particularly important to us. We were received excellently and very kindly, even the fact that the dog had to go out several times at night was not a problem. We will gladly visit the Suite Caesar Hotel again.

The accommodation is located 5 minutes walk from Stazione Termini. It is a typical B&B in a residential building, accessible on the third floor by a small elevator. The staff is very friendly. The room was large enough to fit everything - we had two large suitcases after all. The bathroom with shower was spacious enough - only the somewhat narrow entry into the shower was in our room a bit 'special'. We didn't book breakfast in advance. For 8 € per person, you can also decide spontaneously. There was a sufficient variety of sweets, but also toast, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, fruit, yogurt. Coffee, tea, juice - everything was there. The location is extremely good, very close to the central station and the subway. However, we preferred to explore on foot, as there is something to discover at almost every corner in Rome. We would also consider this B&B for a future trip to Rome.

The room and especially the bathroom smelled. Very noisy and therefore the neighbors were very easy to hear.

Everything is good, only the elevator is small.

Everything was fine except that I asked for a bed change, they didn't do it, I asked at least to change my mattress, they didn't do it... And instead, they took away the fourth bed and left my things on the floor... Little sense and no ability to solve the issues.

It is a good hotel with a fair price-quality ratio, the location is very good, it is close to the central train station and subway, which makes it easy to get around anywhere. Since it is a busy place, there is a lot of tourist traffic, making the place safe until late and very early in the morning. The managers are kind and very helpful.

Decent room with a view facing a large apartment building. There were no courtesies in the room; not even a bottle of water, which I had to ask for at the reception and which the receptionist, looking apologetic, kindly offered me.

Great experience. Unfortunately, I didn't have the pleasure of meeting the owners in person, but they were very kind and helpful over the phone. The triple room with separate beds was clean and spacious, with plenty of soap and everything needed. Only the bathtub was a bit damaged, but everything else seemed quite new. The location is optimal if you arrive by train at Termini station and then want to move around by metro to the center. Like all areas near the metro, you need to be careful, especially in the evening, because it is an isolated area.

Problems with the water pressure but otherwise a lovely place as always and friendly and always available managers. It has become a second home for us when we come to Rome.

The hotel is in an excellent location for getting around to visit the city of Rome, close to Termini station. Breakfast is good.

Excellent accommodation choice. Especially for its location near Termini Station. It is also a safe and very clean place. The staff is friendly and always available. This is the third time I stay here and the next time I go to Rome I will definitely book a room here. This time I did not have breakfast here due to my tourist commitments, but on previous occasions I had it and I remember that the breakfast is varied and abundant.

Couple stay, some problems due to ongoing work inside the structure, malfunctioning heating and water in general, undrinkable coffee, malfunctioning sockets, difficulty charging devices, clean, excellent location, polite and helpful staff.

The structure does not reflect the photos posted in the advertisement. Rather, it reflects the photos of some rooms, unfortunately, it was not ours but that of two of our friends. In our room, we could not even open the window because it faced a balcony that was nothing short of dangerous, and there was an unbearable smell of cooking. The shower was tight and only one showerhead was available, which was the central one that you could not move, so you were forced to wash in pieces, and even poorly because the water came out from only 5 holes instead of the 50 present, therefore the water came out under pressure. Terrible cleanliness, found hair and dust bunnies several times. Positive note: during a 10-night stay, they changed the sheets and blanket 3 times. Breakfast is not worth it, it costs 8 euros a day per person and the offer is very little, so we opted not to have it, also because going out and walking just 100 meters there are several bars where you can have a nice breakfast for about 4 euros. The overall rating I would give is 5.

The staff is kind, available and welcoming. The establishment is very close to the Roma Termini station, with beautiful finishes, on the third floor and with an elevator for two people. Excellent as a point of arrival and departure for visiting the capital. We will return.

In the Termini area, a few steps from the station.

Clean and tidy room with a television and air conditioning. The reception staff was very kind and attentive. There was only noise in the morning at breakfast time since the room was next to the reception. But it is a choice to consider for your next trip to Rome.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the welcome was good, but the terrible smell in the room, the acrid smell of the towels, and especially the room not matching the presentation photos, are disappointing. The girl who prepared breakfast was rude and completely incompetent. The cappuccino was disgusting. I do not recommend this establishment.

The staff is very kind and the facility is very clean! If I had to return to Rome, I would gladly return! It is very well equipped, even the bathroom is not lacking anything. Top!

The structure is close to the station with everything around it being convenient. I sleep well because I need silence to sleep well. It was perfect, I definitely recommend it. As for the price, I booked with an offer.

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied. The exorbitant price, the rooms were not very clean, the sheets were poorly cleaned, not all the lights in the room were working, and we even had to request the replacement of the hairdryer. Truly disappointed.

It is the third time I stay at Suite Caesar Hotel, I have always found myself very well as there is punctuality in communication and regarding the quality-price ratio. Also, the convenience and proximity to Termini station are really tempting. The managers are really kind.

The value for money does not exist in this property. Spending over 120 euros is definitely too much, not worth it. The door did not lock from the inside, the room was very small and I couldn't open the curtains because it overlooked a courtyard surrounded by apartments/hotels falling apart and other people could see inside the room. The bathroom was not very clean and had a quite unpleasant sewage smell. They did not come for cleaning and without a minibar, even just for a bottle of water would have been nice. I highly recommend against it.

Great location for those arriving from Termini, you practically cross the street and you have arrived. Polite reception. I had a single room, small but the spaces were adequate. Very comfortable, clean bathroom with all the accessories. Soap, cream, shower gel, and hairdryer. There is also a kettle. Contrary to my expectations, VERY quiet despite being close to the busy area of the station. Excellent for me.

Optimal location, close to Termini and therefore to the metro. Regarding cleanliness and kindness, nothing to say, but many other things leave something to be desired: the sink was clogged and filled with water in a few seconds. The bathroom's LED light was intermittent and felt like being in a disco. The body wash dispenser was empty. The breakfast was nothing special, little choice and low quality. Simple things were missing like natural water and a fruit juice that wasn't pineapple. We could have complained, but we only spent one night at this place and I don't think we'll be back!

We stayed at this property for the Easter holidays. We had a great time, excellent value for money just a stone's throw from Termini station. The managers are available, friendly, and very kind, they made us feel at home, including the mascot of the property, an adorable little dog. Thank you for everything.

Structure near Termini, 3 minutes from the Marsala exit. Close to the Metro and, indeed, the station. Quiet area. The structure is perfect for those who do not have too many demands. For us, everything was perfect. Clean towels and sheets, and towel change after the 1st night out of 2, perfect I would say. And last but not least, we were welcomed by a beautiful Easter Egg in the room. I recommend it and will choose it again when I return to Rome.

I thank the hotel management for their kindness and professionalism, not forgetting the advice for visiting the magnificent Rome. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and with a Topper, not at all easy to find. The cleanliness of the facility is excellent.

In viaggio di lavoro... pernottato 2 notti. Certamente in relazione al rapporto qualità-prezzo non mi aspettavo molto, ma sicuramente il rispetto per la gente che dorme, almeno quello, sì. La mia stanza sfortunatamente era adiacente agli sgabuzzini e alla reception (praticamente tutto si trovava in un piano di un palazzo). Oltre ai rumori in strada (zero insonorizzazione), volevo segnalare la maleducazione del portiere di notte che per almeno 2 ore (non so cosa serve stare 2 ore al telefono) dall'1 alle 3 con voce pesante e rimbombante parlava al telefono con non so chi. Considerando che avevo il treno alle 6:50... praticamente notte insonne. Unica nota positiva la vicinanza alla stazione Termini, quindi comodo per treno e Metro. Difficilmente ci tornerò.

The structure is really strategic and we, who were going to Rome for study and work reasons, had a great time. We enjoyed ample spaces and the managers were very attentive to our needs. The room is spacious and well isolated from the outside, with staff available 24 hours a day and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable short stay. Certainly in the future it will be an important support point for us.

Small but very nice hotel, also our room was very large! Good breakfast, which can be enjoyed in the small dedicated area (there are about 4 tables) alternatively it can be consumed in the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for those arriving from Termini station (about 1 minute walk from the Via Marsala exit) and consequently very convenient also for the metro located under Termini station. Recommended both for couples and for those with children like us! The only flaw is the very small elevator and therefore uncomfortable for those with strollers but otherwise all positive!

I really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent facility, well managed by young and motivated staff.

We stayed at this property for three nights. Very close to Termini station, the neighborhood is not the best, but it mainly depends on the station itself. The hotel is essentially a corridor with rooms, so it lacks soundproofing and you can hear all kinds of noises. The rooms are not very spacious and offer only the essentials. Furthermore, cleanliness is not the best. However, the staff is extremely kind. Breakfast, for those who book it, is served in the reception. They prepare coffee, cappuccino, or whatever you prefer, and then there are homemade croissants, rusks, jams, Nutella, cereals, and even some savory options.

The hotel was clean and very close to the station. I recommend it.

Poor structure, dirty room, bathroom with clogged and dirty shower, we reported the issues several times but they were ignored, towels were never changed, non-functioning refrigerator. Upon arrival (early) we left our luggage in storage and found them thrown in the corridor among many other suitcases, it's impossible to rest at night due to the noises inside the structure. The only positive aspect is the proximity to Termini station. I strongly discourage it.

I was fortunately there for one night in this place. Because calling it a hotel is really a joke for those who manage real hotels... When I arrived, probably the manager welcomed me, with an extremely rude attitude in answering the intercom, in passing documents and keys, and in addressing guests with a tone, in my opinion, arrogant. After the payment, I was given a room and shown where it was located. To reach it, I had to zigzag between scattered suitcases and narrow spaces. But okay, it's the lesser evil. Entering the room, what can I say? It wasn't a hotel but seemed like a prison, and not just because of the bars on the windows, which were perhaps the least of the problems. Dirty room, dirty walls, curtain with squashed and dirty bugs. The bathroom was spacious but the shower box was dirty, the water tasted like chlorine and to take a shower the hot water literally dripped. The mattress made the springs felt in the back when lying down... but as if that weren't enough, in the evening, upon my return, in the deepest darkness I heard someone snoring, I turned around and found the night doorman lying asleep on 3 chairs; I challenge anyone not to be scared hearing noises in a dark room and then finding someone lying on 3 chairs in front of them... well... I don't know anything about breakfast because it wasn't included and I would say, luckily. If I had to save something, I would only save the location very close to the station... but for the rest, an investigation should be carried out and all the stars removed, turning it into a hostel or even a prison.

The only positive note is the proximity to Termini Station. The room was not very clean, the bathroom drain was not working, and there was a lot of noise throughout the entire stay. Several times they tried to open the door even though I was in the room without even knocking, and often you could hear the owner's dog being called in the structure. I do not recommend it.

The structure is a bit dated and the room is small, but for a business trip it was perfect for me! However, equipped with all the necessary services, at a great price and a step away from the station. Kind and helpful staff. I recommend it...

I booked a single room. The room was not as shown in the pictures, it was very small. The air was stuffy with a musty smell. The pillowcase was torn and the mattress needed replacement. During breakfast, I had to wait a long time for the tea water and when I finally asked for it, it was not even hot enough. \nOn the bright side, I was able to check in after midnight and the staff present for breakfast seemed friendly. \nA suggestion: provide steel cutlery instead of wooden ones, wooden cutlery is too rough and uncomfortable to put in the mouth, worse than plastic ones!

Very convenient position, room presentation could be improved and heating needed in the bathroom, overall decent. Attention to customers smoking in the room.

Carolina and her husband are extraordinarily kind and it was a pleasure to meet them. A delightful, clean, functional and very comfortable room to reach every part of the city. Highly recommended.
