The place was very convenient and made us feel like locals in Rome. It is on the quieter side of Termini, two minutes from the station, and in an area with small shops, a small street market, and a nasone (water fountain) on the corner. The Sacred Heart church nearby has daily masses. The room was sparkling clean, and Andy was very helpful with check-in and information. We stayed three nights and were very comfortable. The only drawback is the smell of cigarette smoke at the entry.
