What stood out in this place was how easy it was to access and how Andrea made it possible to share all instructions via WhatsApp. Rooms were lovely, value for money. There was also a metro close by helping us reach the city center.

I stayed at this property for a weekend. I must say it's convenient as it is close to the metro (therefore easily reachable from Termini station), very close to the Vatican/Vatican Museums, Castel Sant'Angelo, and consequently makes it easy to visit the rest of the city since you can find buses and taxis nearby. As for the property, the rooms have been renovated (so they look like what you find in the photos), spacious, bright, and clean. The only advice I would like to give is to add a coat hook at the entrance near the door. Silvio was a knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming person. I will definitely come back!

I very much appreciated the availability and kindness of the manager of the property. Additionally, the room was modern and clean. The location is ideal because it is close to St. Peter's Basilica and a few meters from the metro. Furthermore, the area is rich in trattorias, restaurants, and shops.

Guesthouse not very big, but really nice, simple style with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The manager, Andrea, was very kind and helpful in welcoming us. Excellent location: a short walk from the Vatican, and with a nearby metro stop for more demanding trips. I will definitely consider it for a future visit to beautiful Rome.

I recommend this property for the cleanliness of the room but above all for its strategic location near the metro, the Vatican, and many shops and restaurants.

Kind and helpful in welcoming, small but clean room equipped with everything you need (even though breakfast was not included, there were a kettle, tea, and a mini fridge). I would gladly return!

I stayed at Cesar Vatican Rooms Collection and I must say that the location is excellent. You are close to practically everything (metro, bus stops) but you can also reach many central areas on foot.\n\nThe managers are also available and kind. The flaw of this B&B is the cleanliness.\n\nThe rooms are full of dust and not very clean. Also, there was a constantly bad smell and many things in the bathroom worked intermittently.\n\nSo okay for the location but if you are a bit picky and don't adapt easily, I do not recommend this B&B. \nFurthermore, to respond to the manager, I would like to say that the card was displayed the first two days and the trash found was simply empty creams thrown away the morning before leaving the room. I'm sorry because they were kind but I can't testify to something that is not true.

Buonasera Martina, sono rimasto a dir poco sbalordito dalla sua recensione. La pulizia è sempre stato uno dei punti di forza della nostra struttura, lo dimostrano i voti su questa voce che abbiamo collezionato su questo e tutti gli altri portali negli anni. Al check in la camera era pulita ed in bagno funzionava tutto, verifichiamo sempre prima di consegnare la stanza e se qualcosa non avesse funzionato perché semplicemente non ce ne siamo accorti, bastava recarsi alla reception e comunicarlo, sarebbe stato risolto. Tornando alle pulizie, all'arrivo consegnamo al cliente, e l'abbiamo fatto anche con lei, un cartellino che va esposto fuori la porta per poter consentire al personale di pulire la camera. Voi durante il soggiorno non l'avete mai esposto! È ovvio che non è obbligatorio farlo, si è liberi di esporlo o meno il cartello, ma dopo non ci si può lamentare della sporcizia che si accumula durante il soggiorno, soprattutto se addirittura neanche si getta, o si da al personale la possibilità di gettare, la spazzatura; ed in camera, cosa che ho constatato personalmente, ce ne era veramente molta! Gent.ma Martina,ho visto che ha integrato la sua recensione;non e'nelle mie abitudini questo botta e risposta che diventa anche stucchevole per chi legge.....il cartellino sara'stato messo fuori orario oppure sara'accaduto qualcos altro,ma nessuno si e' mai sognato di pensare che lei testimoniasse il falso come ha tenuto a precisare..ma neanche noi testimoniamo il falso! La saluto cordialmente sperando di vederla di nuovo nella mia struttura,sono sicuro che avra'un impressione totalmente diversa rispetto alla prima volta,soprattutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia della camera. I found myself well, only downside the bathroom temperature, heated by a radiator that turned on for a short time, so the bathroom a bit cold, in the room there is the air conditioner that heats well. I would recommend a coat rack in the room for jackets in case of rain.

A really good structure. It's a shame that it gets lost in the details (some). For example, in the precision finishes (Wc biscuit doesn't match; the shower box doors, which are otherwise excellent, do not close perfectly; in the bathroom linen set, the hand/face towel is missing because there are only the bath towel and the bidet cloth; the TV antenna/cable, which is otherwise excellent: a Toshiba, is very malfunctioning so in practice you can only see - and badly - the Rai channels and some local Lazio TV; the bathroom radiator is not on during the day and in the morning at 9:30 it was still off with check-out set at the latest for 10:00; the Daikin hot air split takes a while to heat up the room, which is really beautiful and well furnished). For the rest, starting from the kindness of the family who owns the structure, everything is fine. I stayed in the studio (room No. 102), excellent location.

Buongiorno Luigi Antonio, sono molto contento che le sia piaciuta la sua sistemazione. Per quanto riguarda i particolari "negativi" che ci ha segnalato: il termoarredo del bagno aveva la valvola chiusa, forse dall'ospite precedente, per questo motivo era spento. Alla tv è bastato risintonizzare i canali che erano andati persi e l' asciugamano per il viso penso sia stata una mancanza del personale, ma qualora l'avesse comunicato alla reception ovviamente glie l' avremmo dato subito, cosìcome in pochi minuti avremmo risolto anche le altre 2 situazioni. Mi auguro di rivederla presto al Cesar Vatican Rooms. Un saluto. Andrea.

Clean and essential guesthouse, the relationship with customers could be improved a bit, I had to show the confirmation email they had sent me, as if they hadn't taken note of my arrival. Apart from this small inconvenience, we had a good stay. Metro stop at 100 meters and Vatican at 500 meters.

Very nice and clean room, the bed was very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to St. Peter's and Castel Sant'Angelo and Ottaviano Metro (where you can then go anywhere).
