Our vacation home is located in Rome, a city of art, in a place rich in archaeological sites and constructions of great architectural value, in the historic center of the city in the Appia area. "Cave98 Apartment" is a structure with an elegant design, meticulously cared for in every detail.

The area in which we are located and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the colors and lights of the shopping streets, attend cultural events and exhibitions, take long walks admiring the numerous gardens and splendid landscapes in the area. In the surroundings of our structure, it will be possible to find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions, sports facilities, and fitness centers to stay fit even on vacation.

Our residence is the perfect location for business trips, for a romantic getaway to reconnect and rediscover oneself.

A small renovated apartment, very comfortable for 2 or 3 people. Well equipped and well taken care of. Close to the metro station (Colli Albano), supermarkets, etc. I appreciate the help and advice from Claudio (manager/owner). On the downside, it's a difficult parking area, but he helped us find a place to park for free. Lastly, it's a ground floor, so there are no good exterior views or much natural light, but that wasn't a problem for us.

I had a very pleasant stay in the clean and meticulously furnished establishment. Convenient to the Colli Albani metro station. The owner is friendly, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. A great base for work. I will definitely return.
