Waking up in the farmhouse, listening to the birds chirping and admiring the park's panorama is a true feast for the eyes, and then for the palate. A fragrant cappuccino, with freshly baked croissants, our characteristic chocolate or stracciatella muffins, together with bread, yogurt, jams, honey, and whatever else you desire will be served in the cozy patio or in the gazebo during the beautiful seasons or, when the weather does not allow it, in the lounge or breakfast room, spaces equipped and exclusively reserved for guests. By filling out the "courtesy menu" the night before, it is possible to have a truly personalized breakfast according to your tastes and dietary needs. The "Casale muffins" are our soft and characteristic sweets, with chocolate chips, made from a mixture of sugar, eggs, wheat flour, vegetable oil, milk, and baking powder, enriched with pieces of dark chocolate, which bake in their molds or muffin cups... a true delight for the palate!

The manager Fausto is a very kind and helpful person. The structure appears to be a historic villa full of family memories. I would only recommend lightening up the furniture so that everything appears cleaner, but above all the rooms should definitely be heated because the perceived humidity level in the air was really significant. I can understand that it is not a house that is always lived in, but if an environment is not warm, it is not comfortable.

I stayed in the Edera suite of this excellent facility, very comfortable. What I really like is the outdoor patio, where you can enjoy an incredible silence, and the proximity to Via Cassia. The owners are very kind, to whom I give praise. Surely, it will be my base when I go to Rome. Congratulations.

The Casale dell'Insugherata is fairy-tale like. A place outside the center of Rome with an enviable green space. The reservation management was efficient and precise. We had a good time, too bad for the annoying night noises, including an alarm that went off once both nights of our stay, in the middle of the night. Too bad, maybe it was bad luck, but unfortunately it disturbed our sleep.
