The accommodation is very welcoming, with a spacious living room and balcony. The quality/price ratio is excellent. Quiet and residential area, not far from the center (accessible only by public transport). Alessandro is friendly and super helpful. I recommend it.

Recently built structure. New furnishings and internal services. Clean environment. Kind and helpful host. Comfortable bed. Strategic location near the station that goes to San Pietro and then taking other lines you can reach the center of Rome. Nearby there are many services including a small shopping center, bars, pastry shops, pizzerias, and restaurants. Excellent value for money.
