Our B&B is located at Roma art city, rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view, in the heart of the city nearby Tiburtina. "Casa Di Gio" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, design with meticulous attention to detail, a residence with unique, original style.

Francesco is very friendly and nice, and keeps this small B&B (four bedroom flat in a classic Rome building) clean and pretty. The neighborhood is quiet, pleasant, residential, away from the tourist center but easy to go anywhere by bus or metro, and a convenient 10 min walk from Tiburtina train station.

We found ourselves very well. Mr. Francesco was very kind and helpful. The building is elegant, in a quiet and safe area. The room is very quiet. Walking distance from Tiburtina station and Bologna metro. Well connected to the center. Sufficient cleaning. Breakfast could be improved, as everything is packaged and there is nothing fresh. The only downside: the fact that there is only one table for breakfast means that if there are more guests in the structure, you have to wait your turn. Overall, we found ourselves very well and if the opportunity arises, we will return.

Great stay in a property located near Piazza Bologna, so in a very beautiful area and well connected to the center. Good price, less than others. Breakfast could be improved but still okay. The manager was very kind and very helpful throughout. Property that I absolutely recommend.

Apart from Francesco's courtesy and the location of the house, I am truly sorry because it never happens that I give such low scores. Starting from the structure: discreet apartment but the room where my wife and I stayed appeared squalid but above all with outdated furniture, the bed very uncomfortable not to mention the very old spring mattresses. Yellowed and therefore old sheets, a mattress cover that was oversized and almost reaching the floor. 70s minimal bathroom, even without a bidet, truly absurd, it felt like being in France. The cleanliness also left much to be desired, but the most negative thing is that from the room during the four days of stay it seemed to be in a dorm, you could hear everything, the bathroom vent of the adjacent room that never turned off, the noise of the flush and more... maybe the rooms should be soundproofed if you decide to start a lodging facility properly. Then the rudeness of the people returning in the evening reigned supreme, as they would hang out at the entrance without any regard if there were other people, but this is absolutely not Francesco's fault. Finally, the exaggerated price, with these figures you can easily stay in a 4-star hotel which unfortunately was impossible to find in Rome during the period.

Strategic location, close to Tiburtina station, metro and buses: easy and fast movements to the central areas. Well-served area but not noisy. The structure is very well maintained, very clean and tidy, very welcoming. Excellent reception, superb from Francesco, available for any information, attentive to the guest's needs. Clean, welcoming, completely renovated bed and breakfast, tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts. Excellent location, just a stone's throw from the Piazza Bologna metro stop and the 62 bus stop that goes straight to the city center. The owner Francesco is truly an exceptional person, kind, attentive and always ready to give advice and suggestions on what to visit, where to eat, etc. We have already booked for our next stay in Rome. I was looking for a Bed and Breakfast near Piazza Bologna and, looking at the reviews, I intentionally chose Casa di Giò because it met my requirements and especially for the excellent reviews. But I was curious to see if those reviews were truthful.\n\nWell, now I can say: they all are!\nStarting from Francesco who, from the first phone contact, was very helpful (every time I added a room and changed the period) and of exquisite kindness.\n\nMy family and I occupied 3 out of 4 rooms: the Lilac Room (spacious with a beautiful little balcony), the Blue Room, and the Green Room, all furnished with rare good taste and very welcoming. All rooms are equipped with a practical and secure electronic opening/closing system.\n\nNo complaints about cleanliness, indeed with high standards.\n\nThe kitchen corner was practically at our disposal and we lived and appreciated it: in short, we felt at home.\n\nWe will definitely come back.\n\nSo, dear Francesco: Thank you very much and keep it up, you will see that you will have many satisfactions.

The stay at the B&B Casa di Giò has really satisfied us! The house is located in a quiet and very nice neighborhood, the structure has been completely renovated and has bright, spacious, and well-furnished rooms, very well taken care of in details and with a private bathroom. The owner cleans daily and is super nice and helpful for any information and advice! Truly relaxing and serene atmosphere, we will definitely come back and recommend the property to friends!
