Maurizio made our trip to Rome for the Ryder Cup an absolute joy. The kindness he showed us was wonderful. We visited places, ate and drank where only locals would know. It was so much fun, we were treated so well, everywhere we went. I would recommend a visit to Casa del Girasole for all. I cannot wait to go back. Thank you Maurizio. Cheers. John from Calgary.

Our host Maurizio was extremely helpful and welcoming. This nice property and the exceptional hospitality made our trip a success. We came from Canada to attend the Ryder Cup. He picked us up at the Monterotondo train station, helped us to acquire a rent car, gave us many great restaurant and trip suggestions. We felt right at home at Casa del Girasole!

I stopped for a break and especially to break up the journey. My family and I have always settled for little, but now with the dog we have some need for more space and this place was ideal. Quiet area and very kind and helpful owner.

Immersed in greenery with a wonderful view and plenty of fresh air. The maximum to rest and recharge your batteries. The owner is a person available for all possible needs. On the day of departure, he drove me for a long stretch to take me to the beginning of a trail. Very kind. I slept in a nice room with a comfortable bed. Highly recommend it.

Mi dispiace per la colazione ma non possiamo servire prodotti non confezionati come lei avrebbe desiderato per un fatto igienico Oltre alla colazione continentale composta di fette biscottate burro marmellata cioccolata succhi di frutta frutta fresca e secca( noci mandorle arachidi) yogurt brioche e merendine confezionate ( muffin al cioccolato e semplici crostastine di cioccolata e marmellata treccine etc)c’era anche quella salata cioè prosciutto cotto e crudo formaggio uova sode e toasts che non ha voluto Di più non possiamo fare Grazie comunque Un saluto

Well-organized and well-managed family-run property by Maurizio, a friendly and polite person. Always available for any need. Abundant and pleasant breakfast on a communal table. Offers what you would expect from a typical bed and breakfast. Enchanting view amidst green, peace, and tranquility. Great price. Remote location but convenient to reach many places like Lunghezza, Tivoli, the center of Rome, the center of Monterotondo within half an hour by car. If we were to return, we would definitely choose it again with pleasure.

The location is excellent, the manager is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious. If I have to make a point, just a bit more cleaning, some cobwebs, and checking before the guests' entrance that everything is in place and nothing is missing. For the rest, it's ok, even with the price. We will return.

La struttura è pulita e ben tenuta in una ubicazione tranquilla e silenziosa, che però sarebbe opportuno segnalare meglio, il gestore è un'ottima persona gentile ed educata, però se un appunto gli devo fare, e questo gli avrebbe fatto avere il massimo voto alla colazione, non ci ha mai fatto assaggiare i "famosi" cornetti di una rinomata pasticceria di Monterotondo. B&B da raccomandare.

Non potevamo scegliere meglio: bel posto, bella struttura, pulitissimo, panorama spettacolo (sulle colline romane), pace e tranquillità, gestione impeccabile con la disponibilità totale del signor Maurizio, rapporto qualità/prezzo senza confronti. Cordialità e gentilezza del gestore. Villa immersa nel verde a soli 45 minuti da Roma. Struttura molto carina, con rifiniture molto curate. Ritornerei volentieri.
