Our B&B is located at Roma art and culture location, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view, in the historic heart of the city nearby Flaminio. "Casa Cimabue" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, unique, distinctive style.

Travellers staying with us will be able to stroll and shop in the shopping streets, catch cultural events and exhibitions, enjoyable long walks in the many gardens and stunning surrounding countryside.

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful time at B&B Casa Cimabue. The hostess is lovely, very friendly and extremely helpful with whatever you need. Located only walking distance from the center, it is a great place for couples to go on walking adventures around the center of Rome. The room was beautiful with cleanliness of a high standard. My partner and I would love to visit again someday.

An excellent option to visit Rome. Patrizia is super friendly. The room is very comfortable, the only thing is that the shower is a bit small. The location is good because it has a station a few meters away, the best is always to use line 2 because sometimes Google Maps sent us elsewhere and made us walk 10 minutes : (. Knowing this I would stay there again.

Beautiful discovery this B&B, located very close to the TAR. The owner who welcomed me immediately made herself available and was really kind. The room very comfortable and spacious with all the comforts. Excellent breakfast, especially the cake and jam biscuits. Absolutely recommended.

I love B&B Casa Cimabue. The property is great. The room is cozy, with a large TV with Netflix. The bathroom is nice, with all the amenities. Excellent cleanliness. The manager is very helpful. The location is central, just a few steps from Piazza del Popolo. Small room for breakfast.

The owner of the property was kind and punctual in giving us all the directions. We found the room clean and welcoming. The property is located near the metro station and about 20 minutes from the Olympic Stadium. I will definitely recommend this B&B.

I suggest improving the breakfast, for example, by adding some chairs. It is true that it is a B&B, but considering the cost, having breakfast seated in a better furnished and more spacious room would be ideal.

La ringrazio per la segnalazione, la saletta delle colazioni è piccola, più di 2 sedie e tre sgabelli non entrano proprio . Gli spazi sono quelli di un appartamento, Lo spazio è per accogliere circa 3 persone, l'alternativa è farla in camera, non tutti i beb hanno la sala colazioni.

I booked for 2 nights, paying a fair price, for a small but absolutely cozy and clean room. I had a great time, for the kindness, the welcome, the quiet environment, all within a 10-minute walk from Piazza del Popolo, those who do not like to walk find tram line 2 right on Flaminia. Within a 10-minute walk you can reach the Auditorium Parco della Musica, where I attended the wonderful concert of Beth Hart. I will come back to B&B Casa Cimabue, promised. Thank you.

We had a great time in our room number 4, equipped with all possible comforts. Kind and friendly welcome from the owner who also went out of her way to prepare morning coffees during our stay. Only one flaw for the breakfast consisting of commercial products.

The rooms are very cozy, quite familiar. Comfortable bed, clean, well-functioning shower and en-suite bathroom which is not at all obvious in a B&B, a godsend. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and uniquely available, really puts you in a good mood. Very abundant and good breakfast, with excellent quality pancakes and cookies. Location not ideal compared to the main characteristic attractions of Rome, but just for the price paid. The only negative note: I found a hair in the towel.

B&B Casa Cimabue is essential and cute, the room is quite comfortable and clean, 20 minutes from the center. One of the managers is not very welcoming regarding pet reception. They say 'small pets allowed' but according to the regulations, they cannot be left alone. However, the lady, at the time of booking, had agreed to let us leave our little dog alone in the room, then during the stay we were not allowed to do so, so this makes us think that the permission was given only to acquire the customer! It would be more honest to write 'no pets allowed'. The structure does not have any particular merits of any kind.

Mi dispiace che dica questo, ho chiaramente detto che come da regolamento non era possibile lasciare in camera il cane da solo, lei mi ha assicurato che stava buono e non avrebbe abbaiato, che era abituato. Io mi sono fidata ma così non è stato. Appena lei è uscita il cane ha iniziato ad abbaiare e sapendo che rientrava molto tardi non potevamo lasciare il cane abbaiare per tutta la serata, non tanto per noi ma per gli altri ospiti. Devo tenere conto di tutti gli ospiti. I pregi sono soggettivi, per esempio noi come persone ne abbiamo abbastanza, come arredamento dipende da quello che cerca, questo è un beb familiare, dove noi ci viviamo. Grazie Patrizia

I was looking for accommodation near the Auditorium Parco della Musica and I was satisfied. Mrs. Patrizia is kind and welcoming, comfortable room. If I had to make a small note, it would concern the self-service breakfast, the only small 'note', but otherwise excellent marks. Well connected to the center, compared to other B&Bs a bit more expensive but I am very satisfied. I will recommend it and, if the opportunity arises, I will gladly return.

Well-kept B&B Casa Cimabue, located on the first floor, clean room with everything you need, normal-sized bathroom with shower and hairdryer, also a balcony. Not too noisy area, I slept peacefully. For breakfast, there are various choices available, including drinks and food. Foro Italico is a 15-minute walk along the Tiber. Helpful and knowledgeable manager. Recommended.

My daughter and I stayed for only one night. But now we will keep this property as a reference point for any future stays. I found it by chance because I needed a B&B near the Auditorium della Musica for a concert, but then we discovered not only the extreme proximity to the center of Rome, but also the courtesy, professionalism, cleanliness, health protection in the attention to anti-Covid regulations, and then wonder of wonders: a breakfast rich in everything that is often not even found in hotels. La signora Patrizia è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La camera spaziosa e pulita, la colazione abbondante e sempre disponibile. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere facilmente anche a piedi il centro di Roma (Piazza del Popolo), o con la linea del tram in sole due fermate. Ambiente molto familiare, lo consiglio.

Gentilissima Patrizia, disponibile e simpatica, accogliente e paziente il figlio. Un vero B&B, si respira aria d casa e ci si sente accolti! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione comodissima, quartiere tranquillo e strategico per raggiungere comodamente coi mezzi pubblici luoghi importanti di Roma (nel mio caso addirittura a piedi, poiché ero a Roma per un concerto all'Auditorium Parco Della Musica, sede anche dell'annuale Festival Del Cinema). Ottimo per un visitare Roma. Vicino al centro, comodo ai tasporti pubblici. Camere belle e spaziose. Un po' penalizzata la colazione in quanto non c'è una saletta ma si consuma in camera. Ottima la pulizia e gentilissima la proprietaria. Da rifare.

B&B ottimo. Comodo, accogliente nuovo e pulitissimo. La padrona di casa è simpaticissima, cordiale e disponibile. La zona del B&B è molto riservata, l'angolo colazione è perfetto, curato e ce n'è per tutti i gusti, dai più piccini agli adulti. Zona perfetta, si può raggiungere il centro facilmente a piedi camminando per dieci minuti.

La padrona di casa è una persona molto cordiale, simpatica, solare, ti mette a tuo agio fin da subito, accogliendoti con un grande sorriso, i figli sono ragazzi educati e il gatto è stupendo. Diciamo che anche se è la prima volta che varchi la soglia, respiri aria di casa. La camera a me assegnata era, per la verità, piccina, ma la cosa era in preventivo, avessi voluto una sistemazione diversa avrei prenotato in un hotel, spendendo altre cifre e, date le esperienze pregresse, non è detto che avrei trovato chissà che cosa. Avendo bisogno solo di un letto per una notte, quindi, la sistemazione è stata più che adeguata ai miei bisogni. Inoltre l'ambiente è tenuto bene ed è pulito, cosa che chi è abituato a girare sa che purtroppo non è così scontata. Nel complesso, quindi, la mia opinione su questo B&B è che se dovessi recarmi ancora in quella zona di Roma, lo terrò senz'altro in considerazione. Un'ultima cosa, non di poco conto: la zona è servita molto bene dai mezzi pubblici, con la fermata del 2 proprio sotto casa.

Camera confortevole, persone gentilissime, se dovessi servirmi di nuovo una sistemazione in quella zona della città ci tornerò molto volentieri!

Ambiente confortevole, struttura pulita e silenziosa. Colazione abbondante e varia. Zona centrale per qualsiasi spostamento. Non necessità di macchina. Proprietaria gentile.
