Was a very nice room, only thing was the sound on the TV didn't work. Loved the refreshing cold water in the bathroom. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Rome. Thanks again, The Goodwin family.

It's a decent place for the price. An excellent location for our first visit. We wanted to be close to the train station for transit. Although, the location lacks the opulent feel, but we found it safe and comfortable enough for our three days stay.

Booked this B&B, no breakfast at all. Booked for 5 nights, but only stayed there for 2 nights. Need refund, but I don’t know who to contact. The host could not speak English, hard to communicate. I definitely do not recommend my friends to book this B&B again. Very bad experience in this place.

The bed and breakfast stay was perfect and I felt comfortable with the room. Small and cosy, enough for a single person. Had a lift which was handy for transporting my luggage to the second floor. Cleaned daily with towels etc replaced. Close to the train station, shops and bars. Receptionist extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing that was unfortunate was only one plug socket in the room. I will let them know so they can consider fitting another one. Everything else was great and highly recommend a stay at Caroline Suite.

The location is 5 minutes from the train station which worked for us. The room is outdated, the air conditioning was very weak, the sink was clogged, the hallways and main desk are very cluttered with random stuff. The breakfast was decent and the staff are very friendly. I think it is overpriced for the room.

Basic pleasant clean well-equipped room just steps from Termini. On a fairly busy side street with modest restaurants, the good windows shut out much of the street noise. Room is accurately pictured on the website (no flower petals on the bed, though). Concetta is a good host, running 22 rooms on 2 floors under different brand names. Good breakfast. Only complaint: we had to check out early, 6 a.m., for our flight, and breakfast started at 8. We asked for a refund of the breakfast for that morning, and instead were promised a take-with bag. But when we returned the keys, the night man was still on duty, and he knew nothing about it. He said simply, "no breakfast."

Avoid at all costs. Hosts are not so nice or showing warm welcome. Hot water does not work properly. On the first night, we told the host but nothing was done. Until our last night, they came to check and it still does not work well. Plus, if you leave luggage, there is a 5 euro charge per piece. We requested a double bed, but we got 2 single beds pushed next to each other instead.

Before the dates I had booked, I received 2 reminders from you, but when I arrived, they didn't have a room for me. After some hassle, at least I got a room far away from the B&B for the first night, and then in the right place the 2 last nights. You ought to send a reminder to the property too, and not just to the guests.

What a pity about the end of the stay. I asked for a taxi pick-up from the hotel to the airport, since most hotels work with taxi companies,but I was kindly advised to check online or around the train station. In the end I took an Uber that cost me €90 for a 20-minute ride. When leaving the hotel there was a sign saying: 'We do hotel-airport transfers €50'. The room was clean and well located.

Good location and comfortable room in a strategic location for a city trip, nice reception by the front desk. A bit noisy with the window open (but that's normal in a big city) and unfortunately customer-unfriendly extra costs (luggage storage of any kind, check-out after 10 am, etc.) - this is better implemented in other accommodations. However, overall a positive experience for us in Rome.

Breakfast from cardboard plates and paper cups and on a dirty table. The pictures on the website definitely do not match! Room with broken toilet seat, which was repaired. Dirty bathroom, mold in the fridge, which was warm instead of cold and smelly hallway. Very loud inside and outside the house, until early half past midnight. Offered internet does not work. Good connection to the center, but an unpleasant area. In conclusion, I checked out after one night.

The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Everything is very clean. The attention from the owners is excellent. Getting from Termini is very easy. The breakfast is not the best, but it's fine for the price... it's convenient to have breakfast and be ready to explore the city. It has an elevator.

We stayed for just one night. Everything was very good, except at night when we wanted to take a shower, we discovered it was broken and couldn’t use it. The accommodation is well-located, and everything looks new. It’s clear that it has been renovated with attention to detail.

I stayed in this facility in a single room. The space is a bit limited but still offers the right comfort. The cleanliness is fine, except for the shower curtain which was a bit dirty due to use; I would have replaced it with another material. Additionally, a small hook to leave your jacket would be appreciated so you don't have to put it in the closet. Other than that, everything is okay.

Although it is located in a rather old building, the rooms are completely renovated. The room is sufficiently comfortable, the bed equally so, very clean. What I like most is the location in front of Termini station and the possibility to have lunch/dinner at the Mino restaurant at the corner of the street (practically 5 steps away). I definitely recommend it.

I did not appreciate the room change communicated at the time of arrival. The room was much smaller than the one booked. The bathroom was tiny and was not cleaned thoroughly. The location was excellent given its proximity to Termini Station.

For particular needs I chose a structure near Termini station, excellent choice of strategic location. Whoever welcomed me was super professional. Very clean room with all the comforts of a 5 star. TV, air conditioning on to cool the room, fridge, super bathroom equipped with everything you need, soap, etc. Beautiful towels, beautiful curtains, absolute silence in the room, you sleep very well. I can't complain about anything. The structure is highly recommended by Giuseppe who has managed a B&B in Emilia Romagna for 25 years and also travels abroad a lot. Congratulations to the managers.

They assigned me room 101 which is right in front of the reception. Next time I will ask not to be assigned the same room due to the loud noise, banging doors, people talking until late. As for the room, quite good, although the cleaning should be done more carefully.

It is called Bed and Breakfast but it is effectively a hotel in terms of cleanliness, room size, services offered, and especially a 24-hour reception. Central and convenient location for walks in the center and reaching Rome's main attractions. If you find special offers, I would say it is an excellent location to stay in Rome.

With a little more attention to detail, the stay at the Caroline Suite could have been better than it actually was, especially considering the price paid for 2 nights. The toilet seat was missing, the bathroom mirror light above the sink was blown, there was dust on the floor and dirt under the bed, stains in the room as if it hadn't even been cleaned, shower towels were missing in the bathroom (we asked for them to the room cleaner the next day). Let's not even talk about the pillows. I won't add anything else.

The location is very good to reach public transport, but the breakfast area is minimal, my room was very comfortable and relaxing, but only the first TV channel was visible, I requested assistance, but the problem was not solved, judgement above sufficiency.

I stayed two nights with my daughter. We especially appreciated the location, literally a stone's throw from Termini station, very convenient arriving by train and then moving around by metro, as you have access to both metro lines. The luggage storage service was much appreciated. The building is very old and run-down, a bit unsettling I would say, perhaps because it was our first time in a B&B. Nice, comfortable, quiet room, beautiful and spacious bathroom, only drawback was very little water, both cold and hot. Breakfast was plentiful, but with very limited space. All in all, we had a good stay.

Strategic location just outside Termini station. The external context can be deceiving, but the structure turned out to be very clean, attentive to customer needs, well-kept in the spacious room and services (see hairdryer in the room like the one at home or the body cream dispensers). The managers are very kind and attentive, maximum courtesy also from the other tenants in the building. Even though the structure is in the immediate vicinity of the station, returning in the evening, two women, we felt safe.

Very close to the station, the rooms are located on the second floor of a somewhat run-down building with a very old elevator that needs to be replaced, but the room is clean, the staff is courteous and helpful. The WIFI in the room provides good coverage. Breakfast is not top-notch but good, and the service attendant is kind and helpful.
