"Bed & Breakfast Orchard" is a prestigious home for breathing in the scent of our past, a period building where echoes of the past blend with modern comfort.

I stayed here only for one night but it was cozy, in an amazing place and the manager Francesca was amazing! She gave me a map and helped me organize my visit and the next morning her son brought me breakfast, which was delicious. I really liked the details inside the room, the privacy and the complete breakfast. Also, the weather was really cold but in this room I felt really warm.

Orchard B&B will not disappoint you. It is centrally located in the heart of the old city, walk to everything. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hosts have traveled the world and bring understanding to your needs. We stayed for two nights in fabulous Viterbo as part of our walk on the Via Francigena from Canterbury to Rome. Highly recommended.

Valter and Francisco were extremely friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to help me when I arrived late due to traffic congestion. The morning breakfast was absolutely delicious and satisfying, with a wide variety of homemade items prepared by Francisca. Staying at the B&B Orchard in Viterbo was more than just a place to sleep; it provided a unique opportunity to experience the tranquility of the long nights and observe the vibrant Italian culture right from my room window, which faced the street. The location was ideal, and I was able to stay connected with the local people and truly enjoy the authentic Italian atmosphere. Additionally, there was a charming bookshop located just below the B&B, where I was able to purchase some gifts for my son. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this place and I hope to return to Viterbo, next time with my family.

Highly recommend a 2-3 night stay. A great base for touring the area, or a 1-2 night rest day stop for pilgrims of the Via Francigena.

I would definitely come back! We had an awesome stay. The room is beautiful and the bed very comfortable! I had such a good sleep on this mattress and these pillows. Valter had very good recommendations and was very kind. Thanks again, we will come back soon:)) Ah also! Amazing value for money.

We loved staying here. The room was very comfortable and roomy and it was easy to walk everywhere. We got lost trying to find it and our host came and got us on his bicycle. We will stay here again if we return to Viterbo.

We stayed at the Orient which is owned by B&B Orchard and were really pleased with everything. The Bed and Breakfast is on a quiet street near the main square. It was a bit like staying in a museum, decorated in Chinese style. Nice breakfast in the morning with Valter and his son. Everything nice. Spectacular price.

Ladies and gentlemen, this B&B is fabulous. I went to this wonderful structure during the Easter holidays. Mrs. Francesca, the owner, was very kind. The B&B has huge, well-furnished, and very clean rooms. There is a large kitchen where we could enjoy everything that can be asked for at breakfast for a ridiculous price of only four euros per person. The bathroom is huge and very clean with all the comforts, with soaps, bath foam, shampoo, body and hand creams provided for free. Right in the historic center, just steps away from restaurants, pizzerias, and the wonderful streets and shrine of Santa Rosa, to which my partner and I are very devoted. Additionally, it is only ten minutes by car from the fabulous Terme dei Papi. Ladies and gentlemen, we will definitely return with great pleasure and I will surely tell friends and acquaintances. Everything is beautiful and perfect, grade 110 with honors!

The B&B Orchard structure owned by Francesca is located right in the center, near Porta Romana. Within a few minutes walk, you can reach all the main sites of interest and the best places to eat. The house is very beautiful, extremely clean, and welcoming. Francesca and Matteo, her son, pay great attention to their guests and will provide you with all the useful information to make your stay perfect. The breakfast is the highlight of this place: homemade jams and sweets, fresh bread and fruit every morning, cereals, dried fruit, fruit juices, coffee, tea, cappuccino, cookies, yogurt... Excellent welcome, both managers were very helpful and nice. The structure is in an excellent central location, but with various parking solutions. The only flaw in my opinion is the need to renew the mattress, the cleanliness could be a bit more accurate especially regarding the dust. The breakfast is certainly abundant but packaged and rather standard, for a bed and breakfast I would have expected more accuracy. However, it was a good stay and I recommend it for a weekend in Viterbo!

La struttura si trova in centro, dentro le mura. Stanze spaziose, pulite, dotate di tutto il necessario. Eventualmente con un extra di 8€ al giorno è possibile parcheggiare all'interno di un cortile poco distante. Ci sono anche parcheggi poco distanti, sia a pagamento che liberi. La colazione è dolce, e abbondante. I proprietari hanno fornito tutte le informazioni per poter girare la città, fornendo mappa, indicazioni per la cena ecc... Hanno preteso il pagamento in contanti. Nota negativa: farsi rilasciare una ricevuta regolarmente compilata, e la copia del versamento delle tasse di soggiorno. È stato possibile riceverla per email, dopo varie richieste, nel corso del giorno di uscita dalla struttura.

I stayed with my family in two rooms, the hosts were very kind and friendly, they showed us the city and possible itineraries in the area. Clean, comfortable structure equipped with everything you might need (towels, soaps, creams...) and more. And finally, the breakfast, a very pleasant surprise, excellent homemade cakes by the lady, as well as the jams: good and plentiful. Surely if we return to the area our choice will be confirmed.

With my wife and a few months old son, we stayed at this property for only one night to break up the long journey towards Basilicata and we made the right choice. The location in the historic center is excellent for visiting the medieval area of Viterbo. You can arrive by car to unload your luggage and then park for free just outside the walls (7 minutes on foot). The managers were very kind and helpful, despite our arrival well beyond the check-in time due to numerous incidents on the A1. Comfortable beds, cozy rooms, and a great breakfast! Thank you for the welcome and hospitality.

The B&B Orchard is well located in the city, within the walls and a short walk from the center. The structure is clean and well maintained. The furnishings are elegant and functional. The B&B Orchard is close to the station but inside the walls, in a convenient and central location. The room is tastefully decorated with a very personal touch and clean. The breakfast is rich and varied, perhaps it could be supplemented with some savory elements, especially for foreigners, but still excellent. The manager, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, helped us in organizing our small tour of the town. We really appreciated it, if we are in the area we will definitely return.

We stayed for 2 nights in a quadruple room with a bathroom and we had a great time. The B&B Orchard has a beautiful style and is well taken care of even in the small details. The breakfast is excellent and the welcome is punctual and precise in every aspect. The owners provided us with directions on how to move around and where to eat, also taking advantage of a small discount at affiliated restaurants. Absolutely recommended for a stay in Viterbo also for its very central location and the possibility of parking in a private area with a gate.

I stayed at the property from October 13th to 15th for the general assembly of the European Association of the Via Francigena. Excellent location, perfect position to reach various points of interest. Very spacious and bright room, also equipped with a small courtyard. Excellent breakfast with homemade baked goods. Very helpful and friendly management. Excellent cleanliness. Highly recommended. I would gladly return. The property is also part of the Via Francigena network and has its own stamp available.

This is a Bed and Breakfast located in the historic heart of Viterbo. The absolutely enviable location allows you to forget about the car, as the B&B is located in the historic center. Equipped with all the necessities and impeccable cleanliness and attention. The manager turned out to be a very kind person who provided a historical overview of the city and surroundings, also suggesting routes of significant historical tourist attraction. It was a very pleasant stay that unfortunately lasted just over 24 hours, a praise goes to the Orchard manager.

This place is perfect. Located in the center of Viterbo but not in ZTL. Francesca was very kind, like having a mom. She even entertained my 3-month-old baby to let me enjoy breakfast calmly. She made the room very clean and with a crib for the baby. Excellent Italian breakfast with homemade cake, cereals, coffee, milk, tea, yogurt, fruit, fresh jams. Everything and more.

Pleasant place, clean and tastefully furnished, the White room is well taken care of with free Wi-Fi and TV. The bathroom, also very pleasant, could be improved with the fixing of small inaccuracies that, however, do not compromise its comfort and use. Although the B&B is in the center, fortunately I always found parking for the car both in the afternoon and late in the evening. Pleasant hostess attentive to the needs of the customer. Really satisfying breakfast.

We spent a weekend at B&B Orchard, we found a very familiar and comfortable atmosphere, very accurate management, attentive owners and well-prepared for directions and tips to move around the city. The location is optimal (historic center close to the San Pellegrino district) with parking at 5 euros per day, small but comfortable and well-furnished rooms, only slightly negative note the bathroom outside the room, but overall clean and well furnished.

We were fortunate to be guests of Francesca and Walter for 3 nights. We were two families and we found a remarkable welcome. The owners are very kind and helpful, they filled us with comprehensive advice. It was very pleasant to have breakfast in the company of Francesca in the morning, who delighted us with her homemade sweets and jams. Great attention to each guest, considering that a member of the group is lactose intolerant, Walter and Francesca made every effort to find suitable foods. The B&B Orchard enjoys an enviable location in the wonderful historic center of Viterbo, the apartment is comfortable, clean, well furnished, and cool. The only recommendation for future guests: at night, it is preferable to close the windows well because it is located on a busy street. If we were to pass through Viterbo again, Orchard will definitely be our little home.

We spent a lovely weekend, in total relaxation, and then spent the evening of our stay at the Terme dei Papi. Thanks to the establishment, we also enjoyed discounts at the thermal baths. The structure is spectacular, we stayed there with another couple of friends. The owner is a fantastic person, as is his wife, who prepared a spectacular breakfast and a fabulous cake for us. The B&B Orchard is located in the center of Viterbo, within the medieval walls. There are also some places nearby where you can eat without spending much (about €25 per person). An experience to do again as soon as possible.
