Small but nice room, not much equipped. Pretty clean, heating good. No daily light protection on the window. Elevator as small as it can be but better than any. During my travel I contacted owner couple of times about my arrival time. Still, after travelling 20 hours by bus I had to wait for him another half an hour. He wanted not to change towels for two days but I did insist and got them. Shower device is pretty damaged, it costs just couple of euros.

Mi dispiace che non si sia accorto che la finestra era dotata di serranda per oscurare la luce se me lo avesse chiesto avrei provveduto. Il cambio asciugamani è previsto ogni 3 giorni come spiegato all'arrivo ma malgrado questo le abbiamo fatto il cambio asciugamani gratuito con permanenza 2 giorni. Il dispositivo doccia non era danneggiato se aveva qualche difficoltà nell'utilizzo l'avrei aiutato. Il suo orario di arrivo è stato diverso da quello comunicato.

The location is very good and my room was satisfactory. The cleaning lady was very nice. However, there was a problem on my first morning there; there was no hot water for the shower.

Ok as a solution. There is no direct contact with the manager; everything is done by phone. I advise the manager to notify and explain to guests from the outset how the room handover will take place. Otherwise everything is fine and functional.

The stay went very well. The room was clean and spacious. You could hear the subway a little, but the property is well located so it was not bothersome.

The property is located a 7-minute walk from the Piramide metro station. Logistically, it is easy to reach and the area is rich in various bars and restaurants. Inside the property, there is everything needed for short stays, with a private room and bathroom.

A parte l'attesa di 20 minuti fuori la porta, in attesa della collaboratrice che doveva fare la consegna chiavi, nonostate avessi puntualmente avvisato dal giorno prima dell'ora del mio arrivo, la struttura è assolutamente a posto. L'unico limite, le pareti sottili. Purtroppo sono capitato con vicini di stanza poco educati, chiassosi, ma ovviamente il gestore non c'entra. Richiesta di pagamento in contanti che non mi è piaciuta affatto, peraltro non avevo il contante, visti i prezzi correnti, non mi sembra il caso di sollecitare i clienti in tal senso, anche questo fa parte di una buona accoglienza.

Buonasera signor Mancino, la ringraziamo per il suo intervento, ci scusiamo per l'attesa di qualche minutoe non di 20 come dice lei (ma si sa esagerarein questi casi serve a darsi un tono), abbiamo preferito farla aspettare qualche minuto per fare in check-in in presenza invece che un self check in, ero impegnato con altro cliente al momento del suo arrivo come le ho spiegato ed ancora non ho il dono dell'ubiquita. Il check-in è dalle 13 in poi, se tutti si presentano alle 13 è materialmente impossibile fare tutto in contemporanea. La carta di credito viene chiesta solo per garanzia. Il pagamento è in contanti all'arrivo a meno che non si voglia fare un bonifico anticipato al momento della prenotazione, cosa che lei non ha fatto. Cordiali saluti.

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è negativo in quanto la qualità della stanza, soprattutto per quanto riguarda l'arredamento, è bassa. Inoltre il bagno, oltre ad essere piccolo, aveva la ventola che, quando era accesa, faceva un rumore assordante e fastidioso. L'ho detto alla collaboratrice del proprietario, ma nessun intervento è stato fatto. Altro fatto grave secondo me è che ho chiesto la ricevuta per il pagamento dei 2 pernottamenti, ma il proprietario non me l'ha mai data, pur promettendomi di farlo. Addirittura all'ultimo messaggio inviato non mi ha nemmeno risposto, per cui come definire "tecnicamente" questo mancato rilascio della ricevuta? Vista l'esperienza vissuta, in futuro non prenoterò più in questo B&B.

Sig. Paolo la ricevuta le è stata inviata regolarmente, poteva avvisarmi gliela avrei rimandata. La ventola rumorosa era materialmente impossibile sostituirla nel giro di qualche ora dalla sua segnalazione ed in ogni caso entrava in funzione solo quando si accende la luce del bagno. L'arredamento della camera è curato, moderno ed adeguato, forse lei sperava di pagare in prezzo di un B&B ed avere i servizi ed il lusso di un hotel 4****. Il prezzo è più basso rispetto la media della zona. La prossima volta vada altrove così si renderà conto della differenza. Felice di non rivederla mai più.

Come già spiegato l'importo della tassa di soggiorno è da aggiungersi al prezzo della camera ed è pari a 6€ a notte a persona. Nel suo caso 2 notti 2 persone toale € 24 Le modalità di pagamento sono 2 bonifico al momento .prenotazione o contanti all'arrivo

In this structure there is the essential. There were indeed inconveniences, such as the blocked bathroom sink and the lack of electricity due to overload, caused by the use of only the air conditioner. However, these problems were resolved very promptly. What I didn't like was the manager's way of doing things. Before booking, I asked for information and, immediately the next day, at the time of my booking, the cost was increased by 20 euros without any explanation, although I had requested it. Despite the agreements for payment by credit card at check-in, the day before my stay at the B&B Piramide, I was asked for cash payment due to the lack of a POS. As agreed, the tourist tax was charged, but the documents were not requested unless I asked for them. The structure is quite convenient due to its proximity to the train station and the subway.
